My son ordered the laptop screen and install it with no problem. By ordering from this company and not from the company I purchased the laptop from and paying someone to install it, I saved a lot of money. I will order again in the future if needed.

Worst experience I have ever had on an internet site. I purchased a laptop screen which was defective. I sent it back and asked for a refund of the purchase price including taxes. They now are refusing to acknowledge my numerous attempts to communicate with them both through fax and their website. I am now pursuing other methods to recover my losses with this company. They won't give an email address. I am now out $136. They have the defective screen and refuse to answer my communications. This company is part of Vancouver Laptop Inc. Check them out with the Vancouver BBB before making a decision to purchase anything from them. Be sure to thoroughly check out other laptop screen companies with the BBB as they could possibly also be Vancouver laptop.
This site had in stock the screen that I needed and for less money than the others that did not have it in stock. The screen was shipped very fast, it arrived 5 days faster than expected. It was the right screen, for the right price and very fast shipping. I definitely give it 5 STARS!
Not sure why there are SO many negative reviews. I ordered my Toshiba laptop screen late at night, the cost of S+H was a little pricey, but considering going through the manufacturer is WAY more expensive, it wasn't a big deal. I received my screen within 2 days, and installation was quick and easy using a YOUTUBE tutorial. Bottom line-- Don't listen to the negative reviews. They will always outnumber the positive reviews because people who are satisfied will almost never think about the issue again. If I ever have another issue, I will definitely order through this website!

I received the new screen in a couple of days. The only thing I had to do was remove the metal locating brackets from the old screen with a putty knife and re-use on the new screen, which only took a couple of minutes.
I was fixing my laptop from a recent drop and ordered a new screen from laptopscreens.com. I don't know if my experience is the usual experience, but the screen I received is not anywhere near as good as the original. For some reason, with solid blues, the screen flickers, but is pretty good for everything else. The contrast is also not as good. The screen suffices, though. If you don't care about getting an OUTSTANDING screen back, then I'd go with them.

Laptopscreen is great. They had the correct screen and shipped it promptly. I had another company send the wrong screen and told me to cut the brackets to make it work and then wanted me to pay the shipping for their mistake.
