In March 2015, we purchased 2 batteries (for Dell 1545 & Dell 1318) and 1 adapter (for Dell 1318). LBExpress processed our order quickly. We received the products as ordered, in good condition and in a timely manner. Well pleased with LBExpress. I sent a follow up question via email to LBExpress and received a quick response from the owner, Fred DuBois. Also, had another question and called Fred - very pleasant to talk to and informative about product information.
Funny thing is, my wife's computer (Dell 1318) had a "ShoppersPro" virus of some kind, which did not manifest itself until about a week after getting her battery & adapter. By the first of April we had given up all hope of getting rid of the virus, short of paying $150+ to have the Geek Squad reimage the harddrive - computer was worth price of battery & adapter, but not additional money - off to buy a new one. Point is, make sure your computer is worth it, otherwise, LBExpress is the place to go to for your batteries, I believe.
