THE BATTERY IS HOLDING A CHARGE AND IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING OK. THE ONLY THING IS THE BATTERY DOES NOT FIT FLUSH WITH THE BACK OF THE COMPUTER. I HOPE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT THE BATTERY. IT SNAPPED INTO PLACE JUST THE ORIGINAL. JUST NOT ALL THE WAY...BUT IT WAS CLOSE.

Sent the wrong battery the first time. Contacted Customer service and they sent a new one the same day and paid for return of wrong battery. No issues with new battery.

The battery booted up with the traditional message from Lenovo stating the battery was invalid. With the help of customer care this message was resolved and everything is working well.

The battery on the Web site had recently been changed but the change was not reflected on the Web site when I ordered. Laptopbatteryexpress was happy to refund my order.

I had to go to the Toshiba website to find the part number I need to replace as your site did not show the model I need the battery for. Hope it crossed correctly.

I order 1 it kept giving total for 3 or 4. I thought I cleared it then started over with 1 and it would total 5 then 6. I finally got it to clear and it took the 1 with the correct total.

Well done - no other site provided me the ability to validate the proper battery by using the battery part number as opposed to the computer model number.

Battery was the wrong voltage. I'm still in the process of getting the correct battery. I'm confident the staff will get me the correct one for my laptop.

The searching process can be difficult, but once you find the right battery it's great that you can double- and triple-check that you have the right one.
