Ordered the battery but was out of stock and had to call about my order to find that out then after speaking with a representative that seemed to get things moving.

Before I ordered I looked online to see how it installed. I found two types of batteries one was a solder in and one was a plug-in. So I took my unit apart and found that mine was the plug in which I ordered. It came in 3 or 4 days. My SoundLink works like new. The order process was easy and everything worked well. I highly recommend laptop batteries for ordering batteries for proprietary installations.

Ordered a battery for my wife's old laptop. Was shipped the same day and received in good time. Laptop did not power up with the new battery. Called their tech support and within 5 minutes they determined the battery was faulty and shipped me a second battery right away. New battery installed in laptop and is working fine. GOT THE WRONG BATTERY BUT THEY CORRECTED THE ISSUE THROUGH A COUPLE E-MAILS AND WITHIN 2 DAYS HAD THE CORRECT REPLACEMENT BATTERY AND A RETURN LABEL TO SHIP BACK THE INCORRECT BATTERY - A++
