So far the new batteries are a big improvement from originals and the replacements I bought 2 years back. With that being said, I come to realize that the replacement I bought were also x-tend branded and both of them failed early (like 6 months). At the time I purchased from amazon or ebay and did not receive any warranty information. With this purchase, I will be keeping a closer eye on my warranty and the battery performance.

- First battery from LaptopBatteryExpress (Xtend brand) had a circuitry issue that prevented the computer from recognizing the battery. I had to pay for shipping on the warranty replacement battery. (I didn't get around to installing until after the initial 30 day period, I didn't expect issues from a $90 battery!)
- The second battery rapidly degraded over 1 year, currently about 20-25% capacity after 1 yr + 5 months (originally 4 hr battery life, now about 45 min)... A far cry from the 3 yrs claimed on their website. Unfortunately I'm outside the 2 yr warranty from my original order date so they won't help. HP Envy 15-u010dx.

I ordered 2 batteries for 2 different laptops. Was super simple regarding finding the batteries I needed. One even shipped with tiny screwdrivers that were needed. Only reason I gave them a 4 and not a 5 is because I had to watch a few videos online to figure out how to get the battery out / find the process for opening up the laptop and finding all the screws. But that was easy enough to find in about 2 minutes. Will use them again if needed and I highly recommend using them.

The battery I received was not the battery pictured on the website, which was the correct battery. But the one I received is not the one I ordered. I will include a file that pictures the photo of the battery pictured on the website when I placed my order. I can not use the battery I received. Therefore, I need to return it and if you can confirm you have the correct battery, which is more money, credit the amount I paid for the other battery and apply it to the correct one. The battery I received, was $49.90. The correct battery, according the website is $149.90.

Although I was able to locate the battery replacement that I need, and place an order I had to call to find out why my battery has not yet shipped. Their website boasts fast shipping (within 24 hours), yet I had to call to find out that my battery was on back order. I was told this was due to COVID-19, and that the info is on their main page. When doing a Google search for an item, you don't get to the company home page. I feel as if I should have received an email advising of the delay in the very least. Will NOT use again or recommend.

I thought, as stated, an original laptop HP LI-ON
Battery would be sent. Instead a compatible was
Sent that didn't fit properly.
I called and immediately was sent-out the original
HP replacement with a pre-printed return label
To ship the first replacement back.
The original fit: however, not exactly like the original that came with computer. The connecting
Pins didn't completely go in socket; however,
Pins went in enough to work.

This can happen when HP chooses another
Manufacturer. So far, all is okay and holds
A good charge. Note: Zooming for ANY battery
Consumes lots of power. This HP replacement
Charged up fairly quickly. I'm Satisfied.
