You shipped the battery within a few hours of me placing the order, I was very impressed! Great customer service! The only potential issue was the shipping box. It had no foam or padding on the inside, and one of the corners was damaged during shipping, which actually exposed the battery. Luckily, the battery wasn't damaged and it worked fine.

Price was reasonable for 9 volt Samsung battery; I'm hoping that I have a satisfactory result of finding you and then ordering. Received battery in a timely fashion and after reading instructions charged it and am currently using it. Happy that it wasn't made in China..

Good product. Wish the life of being unplugged was longer on the battery. But overall very pleased.

Net was a little slow, but could be my server. I didn't see the secure web lock until AFTER I sent my order. It almost made me not order, but I read at the bottom that it was secure, so I took the chance and placed the order.
