So far everything is great.I received my dell laptop battery and ac adapter cord in about 2 days which I just loved. I changed the battery on my laptop and it fit perfectly.Its charging and running fine.I have even used my laptop without the ac adapter cord and the battery has lasted for hours after being fully charged.I am loving it! I got a bad (totally discharged) battery the first time. As soon as I wrote an email to complain about it, the next am there was a reply indicating another had been shipped. It arrived in a timely manner, worked (43% charge upon receipt) and now all is well
