Great experience, I called customer service before ordering online and received wonderful service. I had to call for technical support twice and received excellent service.
WELL NOW NOT WORKING. TOOK OUT BATTERY WE'LL SEE IN 24H TO 48 HOURS
The instructions on the web site for identifying the appropriate battery were easy to follow, and the new battery was an exact replacement. The two special screwdrivers that shipped with the battery were very helpful in opening the case and replacing the battery.
Last battery I purchased after market was JUNK. Hope this one is all it claims to be.

I bought a battery for my husband and now I need a battery so I came back because it is so easy to order.
I just ordered the battery, and I'm hopeful that it will be the right one for my laptop, and will also be a good quality battery as described on the website (what makes a good battery Vs a cheap battery) This battery was hard to find (Gateway NE56R49u) The product code matched, and all the model # said was "NE56" series, but I am sure it'll be fine. I'm glad I found this site. Thank you!
****Update 18 SEP 2014 Received my battery, have not yet used it. Had to call customer service regarding the product code being different from what I expected, but was assured it was basically the same and would be fine. Overall, I was pleased with the entire experience, and will buy from this company again.
This was a great site to find the replacement parts that I needed for my laptop. Glad to know there are sites out there that still supply parts for discontinued computers.
Quick, easy site to navigate, but more importantly you provide detailed information about your batteries AND additional information on how to extend battery life, care, and maintenance. I have learned from the past that all laptop batteries are not manufactured to the same standards.
