Unbelievable ease of ordering and time to get here! The battery was an original Samsung battery and it holds just as much charge as when I got my laptop new. Really Samsung's fault for quality...it beats buying a new laptop and it still runs great! Will definitely recommend to others and will definitely be back!

It was fast and easy
Easy to find. Very useful information about batteries and easy to understand. I ordered using the information from the website on the name and number of my computer. I received the battery within days but it did not fit because the "prongs" were on the wrong side even though it was the right size. I contacted the co. By phone and email and got fast replies by email. I then gave the numbers that were on the old battery and once again within days received the new battery with a return, postage paid. I appreciate their service even though I would next time get the exact battery numbers instead of just the computer info.

Came here because Dell is unable to sell me a replacement battery for my IN-WARRANTY laptop. All they can do is tell me they *might* have a refurbished battery with a 90 day warranty.
I haven't purchased a 3rd party battery for a laptop before, based on horror stories of overheating and fires. Hopefully the battery I've just purchased works as well as your website says it will.

I thought the battery I ordered was the exact same size as the one I was replacing, however, when the battery arrived it was "bigger." My old battery was flush to the laptop, the new battery sticks out about an inch from the back, much like the larger batteries also available. I thought I would not like this configuration, but after using the "bigger battery" configuration I was happy with the set up and the part of the battery sticking out the back has not been an issue.
