Quick and easy to find my battery
Made an order sept 25 of a adapter and battery received adapter on oct 3 with note saying battery to be shipped next week? It's now been 2 weeks. I also have left 2 messages on voicemail for customer support with no call back
USPS screwed up and didn't leave a notice of attempted delivery in my mailbox and after 4 days I finally went to the post office and they found it sitting on a shelf of undeliverable mail. They blamed it on a part-time relief worker not properly doing their job.
It was pretty easy to accomplish and I am sure that we will be satisfied with the end product. My family will definitely use your company whenever need new batteries again..
