QUALITY: The new battery for my HP Pavillion lasts 6-7 hours longer than the original.
PRICE: I ended up paying twice what I found on other sites. Hopefully this one will not deteriorate as quickly as the others would have.
SHIPPING: The delivery date was revised twice so it got here a little late.

Battery seems equivalent to Dell OEM- time will tell. So far so good!
The price was higher than any other site I have been too but it was one of the few that was shipping form America so I felt better/safer buying that way.
