Unfortunately, this company sells spare parts in bad condition or defective. Now I see no positive comments, I lost my money, plus taxes and international shipping... I am very disappointed. Not recommend

"Ordered a specific motherboard and a week later received wrong motherboard. 'Contacted them email only responses. Told to mail board back and they can replace or refund. Another week lost and I've sent the return and they acknowledge receipt. Did not want replacement and just wanted refund. Was sent confirmation that refund was done. Sounds good. Right, except here it is over a month later and no refund nor response to several attempts to find out where, how refund to my acct. Was done. Currently contacted card to investigate the charge and unaccounted claimed refund. My experience thus far with laptopaid.com was very disappointing. Would recommend a brick and mortar business, laptopaid equals poor customer service, slow response time (my case no response), waste of time and my funds still not returned. #notafan"

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS. They sold me a broken phone with a bum battery. They replaced the battery (in a very unhasty manner while refusing to pay for the overhead costs associated with the replacement, i. E. they made me replace it myself and refused to pay for the tool kit I had to buy to do the replacement) so that the broken phone would survive just long enough to escape their warranty period (and left me unable to detect that the phone was broken since I could not use it due to the bum battery) and then when I discovered the actual phone was broken they refused to refund my money, respond to my emails or return my calls.

I have purchased a few computer parts from laptopaid.com. They have been of good quality. When I returned one item, the return process was easy to follow. However, when they offered me store credit instead of exchanging the product, I accepted because they said the store credit NEVER expires. (I have two emails from their customer service representative stating that store credit NEVER expires!) However, when I purchased my next item, (admittedly several months later,) they said "the credit had expired." So I have lost $ 79.98! They have good products, but I wish I had my $ 79.98!
