At first, I was a bit skeptical about ordering from this site after my laptop battery gave out but it was the only laptop battery shop site that had my exact battery model so I bought it from them. From the pics and video of the battery I was ordering, I thought it was going to be a bit big from my laptop but once I received the battery it fit perfectly and my laptop finally turned back on. I was satisfied and the new battery lasts so much longer than my old one. 5/5 would recommend this site.

During the quarantine lockdown I had such difficulty sourcing a replacement battery for my dying kindle. Thank God I found Laptop-Battery-Shop! Against all odds they were able to get a battery to me and my kindle is now happily restored! I commend them not just for the quality and price of the battery but the determination with which they got the battery to me during these challenging times!

They did that by asking me to take a photo of my existing charger and supplied me with example photograph. Their response was prompt, very polite and needless to say it worked perfectly well for me. This company is the best when it comes to finding replacement batteries for your devices! They are definitely trustworthy and it is easy to get a hold of someone by email for support. My Asus tough gaming a15 laptop came with a 48 watt hour battery originally and it would die so fast that it was frustrating. I found the 90 watt hour battery with the correct connector for my laptop on this website and it lasts much longer. W The price was reasonable and the shipping wasn't too bad I think it took about a week to come in. The folks that run this company are also very knowledgeable when it comes to batteries. They are also very kind and respectful. When I had an issue with a battery I bought they corrected it for me no questions asked. I would highly recommend using this site to order a battery if you need one or your friends or family need a replacement. It was difficult to find a replacement battery for my old tablet, until I came upon Laptop-battery-shop.com's website. They had the exact battery in stock, at a reasonable price, with the cost of shipping – from halfway around the world – included. I was a little reluctant to order from so far away, but took the chance, and it worked out well: I received the battery (along with free tools needed to remove the old battery) in two weeks, and my tablet's like new again.

Was unable to find the required battery locally, so ordered from Laptop Battery Shop.

At first the battery seemed to work fine. It was calibrated fine and I could see in the Windows tray when it was charging and how much percentage was left. I checked the battery diagnostics and found the battery was made over 4 years ago. Then, after 1 month of use, the battery would no longer charge and the tray said there was 0% left and even though it was plugged in, it wouldn't charge.

It's been a waste of time and money. I am very disappointed.

The were the only ones that helped me get the correct and great battery fir my Lenovo 330s. Came charged 100% and fit perfectly. Product was also packaged very well, only hold back was shipping time but with COVID that has to be expected and not their fault.

I ordered a computer battery from this company. When I got receved the battery and installed it into my computer the battery would not hold a charge. I contacted the company right away and told them about the problem. After a few e-mails to determine what might be wrong wtth the battery the company issued me a full refund of my purchase price. This company was always prolite and show concern for my situation.

I am very happy with my Spectre X360 replacement battery, from Laptop-Battery-Shop. Exactly the same as in my Spectre. Fitted nicely. It's working again and it tooks a long time to discharge.

This item was delivered promptly and, so far, works well. It is still a new purchase but so far - so good.

The price for the battery I needed was $30 less than anywhere else. I was fearful but hopeful that I would receive the correct battery in a timely fashion. I did receive the correct battery fairly quickly and it came fully charged. Check! Now if it lasts a year I will be happy with my purchase. If it lasts longer, I'll be ecstatic! The company did ask me to do a review here, but did not offer any compensation. I am a prolific YELPER so I was happy to review my experience.
