Scam! The product does not fit to the purpose. I cannot use it in my door and they are not getting back to me. I am trying to return it but they blocked me.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They advertised next day dispatch, it's false. They do not ship fully paid order after weeks and refuse refund. Repeated follow up only get template email response, no resolution nor committing to a shipping date. Hundreds of similar complaints from other customers online. Be cautious and do read them first before you decide, I sincerely wish I did

Thoroughly upset, as my order still has not arrived 3 weeks after ordering! Support staff offer no support at all! Products are very expensive and I now believe that I have lost all my money. Will never recommend to anyone. Do yourself a favour and look at another website!

For more than six weeks now, I've been awaiting resolution for the return of my item due to its size. Despite requesting an exchange for a larger gate initially, I've received no updates after six weeks. At this point, I'm inclined to opt for a refund. Strangely, the gate is continuously reported to be "in the warehouse for processing." This situation raises suspicions that the gate might have been misplaced, or the company is deliberately evading the matter.
What's truly frustrating is the consistent lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal. Every week, I've been assured by the customer service department that the issue will be resolved, but each time, it remains unresolved. These empty promises, coupled with the absence of concrete information about my refund status, are not only disappointing but also disrespectful of my time.
Furthermore, the protracted delay in processing the refund has caused me considerable inconvenience. I adhered to the company's return protocol diligently and anticipated a reasonable timeframe for a refund or exchange. While I understand that occasional delays are inevitable, the repeated lack of accountability and communication from the company's end is entirely inexcusable.

Our patio pet door arrived quickly. It was extremely well packaged, The cat enclosure was easy to put together, the netting is nice and strong. My 7 month old kitten loves to climb it when he's ready to come inside. The cubes are huge which gives him plenty of room and it was delivered quite quickly.

The door fits perfect in our balcony door. I tried the one from Bunnings before and theirs have a really big step at the bottom. Our dog has short legs but wide body, so it was too hard for her to step over that without having her belly scratched. But the La Luna door is thin and low from the ground to the actual window hole and it's perfect. However, the window itself is too big, we needed it to be more like a square (short and wide dog). Although we got the safety bar, it does feel a little unsafe of a night time as a person can go through the hole.

The lock mechanism has made our La Luna dog door really secure. It was relatively simple to install and the you tube video helped. It has made a huge difference with our dog able to go outside without disturbing the family.
