The email Lake B2B created for us were ineffective. The writers do not have very good grammar and we were "left in the lurch" on some items. Kirkman's CEO tried several times to email Sam Shetty regarding our contractual agreement, but he was ghosted. Lake B2B is very unprofessional and I would never recommend them.

I was suspicious of the lack of reviews and the obvious fake reviews for LakeB2B as well as the relatively low price offered by LakeB2B. But I also was impressed by early responses to deliver very precisely segmented lists that other far more expensive companies couldn't. I was sent a list of supposed email opens from a "test" email to this list that produced an alleged open rate of 18.15%. This apparently was a well orchestrated sham list to impress me and give me a false sense of confidence in "the team." I fell for it because I needed to believe them because I was stuck without them. My own self delusion. They know how to scam and played me like a fiddle. Requiring a bank transfer also made me quite suspicious, as did the multiple addresses and the surprised person on the phone I got who had to think to get his story straight about what the company does. I stupidly sent them money. Since the time for delivery of my emails came to launch my marketing campaign came and went, there has been no evidence that a single email went out and there has been absolute silence from the people I was dealing with. They packed up and disappeared. LakeB2B appears to be a well thought through and well orchestrated scam.

I worked with a salesman who promised 10,000 names of a very specific list I needed. I even sent him the old list I had and he verified LakeB2B would find better contacts. The list I got back was 5,000 names short and did not contain the profession we had agreed to, meaning only about 3,000 names were useable. I asked for a refund for the names I was not delivered. It's been 4 weeks and I've had multiple phone calls with people in India and have been told "refunds aren't in the contract". So even though I was promised in the contract 10,000 names and they didn't deliver them, I cannot get a refund. During the sales process, they were great. But this has left a terrible impression. The kicker is that it's a small amount of money so I can't understand why they don't just need provide good customer service and pay me back for what was promised and not delivered. I suggest you find another company to work with and if you do decide to go forward with this one, make sure you have a refund provision in the contract so you don't get ripped off like I did.

This company is dishonest. They use false profiles and they are tricking users. I would never do business with dishonest people.
