So, I'm in California. They are allegedly I think in Missouri. They have tried to tell me twice now that my test didn't get to their lab for a week and a half. Like 9+ business days. REALLY? When would it EVER take that long to send anything domestically? Now, when I did my first test with them, I got the results in like three days and so now I am suspicious that they and Everlywell and these other companies that are taking 3 weeks to send results are using labs overseas. Now, I don't frankly care if they are, but waiting almost 3 weeks for test results is RIDICULOUS. I'm never using them again.

They didn't include the form, so I had to wait for it. The kit says that you need to use it immediately once it is open; they said I could use it at any time. The login for seeing the results didn't work, and they gave me a temporary pass, which didn't work either. It has been 40 days since I placed my order, and I have exchanged innumerable emails, which wastes time. I have all the emails.

Took forever to analyze the blood samples just To tell me that they can't process it. They won't give a refund or re send a kit. Sample is hard to collect. I barely got it. Need lots of blood and all my fingers were bleeding from poking. Stay away and go to normal lab to get blood drawn.

I purchased the male executive at-home test, instructions were very easy to follow. I felt comfortable collecting my samples and didn't have issues. I dropped off my samples to USPS one hour following collection, so I could meet the processing window. I got my results timely as promised (about 2 days after the lab received it).

It's so convenient, and less expensive than going to the doctor's office and less expensive than Let's Get Checked.

"It was super easy and convenient to be able to do this test from home. It saved me at least $250 in travel and time. I didn't need to go to the doctor first and try to explain getting this test which would have been a mission in itself. The test took a bit of time to arrive and be processed but the results were incredibly comprehensive. I was even able to ask their medical team questions about the results but they provided recommendations on how to improve included in the results. So overall it was a great experience, just slightly slow but hey the convenience far outweighs the wait."

The test itself is super easy, and has very clear instructions. It is pretty awesome also that when I did consecutive tests I could see how much the small changes had helped my overall levels and encouraged me to make even more positive changes to see if I could get my numbers even better.

I was able to figure out what I needed, and I knew what I needed to focus on and what I needed to do. Will definitely be used again, and thank you so much for the speed of my results and they were so thorough. Worth every penny!

I appreciate that this is a newer company and Anthony has sent me updates to their platform. I will do more testing with this company and update again.
Update: I trust the results to be accurate. I ended up getting tested by my doctor and yes I did reverse my anemia.

Tony and the team were extremely responsive to my feedback, particularly after my review here. They helped me understand their backend process that can lead to the error I had on my test and how much of it is out of their control. They offered to resend a test for free, Tony said they've changed their policy to offer the free replacements as the standard, and I was offered a discount on my next test.

It was a great response and everyone was polite and solution-oriented. Ultimately my replacement was sent to the incorrect address - they used the address of my first order rather than the address of my latest order. The effort was so sincere, and the product so good, that it pained me to have that be the outcome. I will likely use them again in the future, but I'll need a few months to put this behind me.

This company that promises 48 hour results is a scam! I've been waiting for 3 weeks now and can't get a response! Do not use!

I really enjoy Lab Me's enthusiasm. After ordering their MENS EXECUTIVE test and CBC I can say that they are a small but dedicated group of individuals focused on their customers.

Lab Me was a great experience. After doing my first test I got a TNP (test not performed). I was pretty frustrated but got an email from Naomi in customer service.

She told me why it happened and told me I did t need to pay for a whole new test only a replacement. This is great because let's get checked made me pay for it all over again. She also gently reminded me about how to collect and offered video assistance if needed.

I paid $19 for the new kit (with shipping) and tried again. This time it worked. And my results came in about 6 days later (2 days after the lab received as advertised).

The results were almost identical to my lab corp. so their claim that they are accurate is true.

Overall, I really liked the experience minus the slight inconvenience of messing it up but hey it's my fault not the robot sampler. Lol

I mean, normally I would have to make appointments with my doctor (waiting for driving and waiting), then go to the lab (more driving and waiting), and then have results that were impossible to understand.

Their dashboard is great. It's basic but easy to understand and easy to use for tracking. I shared my dash with my doctor too (who loved it).

Great work guys! You've done a great job IMO.

I see people complaining about not getting their money back which is embarrassing because these people don't understand that this is new technology and they probably aren't phlebotomists!

Been using LabMe since 2019 pretty regularly to track my blood work / health with their Female Executive Wellness. This year I tried their hormones test for the first time and it was worth every penny for what they tested and assessed. The result came back with a comprehensive report along with some recommendations for each biomarker. So not only it gave me a better understanding of what's going on in my body, i also found out what and how to fix what seems to be the problem. Although, it took a bit longer for this test's result to came back compared with their other test, not sure wether it was the shipping company's responsibility or maybe because this test is using an additional sample to collect with a different method than their usual tests (with blood + saliva too for a couple times during the day in a specific time). However, it was still really easy to use, super convenient and time saving for not having to go do it (with waiting around) at a lab/hospital.

Their tests are generally easy to perform and the test results presented in their dashboard are very easy to understand as well.

I also noticed this company growing and constantly improving their website, services, and support. In the beginning, I found their test instruction pretty confusing on my very first purchase, so they helped me with it, and they've changed the instruction overtime. I've also had issues with my results before, but the team was always very helpful and prompt in resolving issues.

Overall satisfied with how they handle and fix things to improve their services for the customers. Keep up the good work!

**Updating my review from 3 stars to 1 star after receiving my blood results from my PCP. My results from my PCP came back normal meaning that the results from LabMe were grossly inaccurate which caused unnecessary stress and additional blood tests. Save your money and just go through your PCP.

I ordered two tests from LabMe, the executive health check and the complete blood count. Both of the tests arrived quickly and were easy to use. The first CBC had an error at the lab but LabMe quickly sent another test out for me to complete. I just got the results of that test which were easy enough to understand. I am still waiting on the results of the other test. The reason for the lower stars is that I received a weird text from a Dr claiming to work with LabMe who had reviewed my results. The Dr advised me to go to the ER immediately given my results. This felt incredibly unprofessional and also I had no way of verifying this person was who they said they were. As a result, I've chosen to repeat all the bloodwork with my PCP to investigate so overall, LabMe didn't save me the time or money I'd hoped it would.

So far the only source for an at home CBC test. Communication and service has been excellent. Hopefully more testing options are coming soon.

Seems "off". Took lots of follow up and three times as long to get results vs another lab company. I regret using.

Very organized and great company. I had no issues dealing with the company. I hope to deal with them again.
