They claim I owe them $8.22 but when I show them that I paid they want more proof than what I have in my bank records. They have blocked my account forcing me to go else where. Time and time again I have tried to get the matter cleared but to no avail. They wont take their time to research on their end but expect me to waste my time looking for $8.22. Tried to add the transaction line from my bank statement and it expects a 300x300 px image which cuts off the whole like. I paid on Jan 4th 2021 and I am still getting a run around this company.
I keep getting billed for another person who we share the same birthday and almost the same name minus are middle name. I have called repeatedly to have them correct it. I can't get my labs done until I pay past due invoices that belong to another person. They have to put me on hold to call the other persons doctor and if they can't get ahold of anybody they say they can't help me. There's even notes on my account and they still won't do anything. I even tried emailing them and three weeks later McKenzie G simply wrote that if there's an error my doctors office can call them. My doctors office is not responsible for calling a third party lab I used to correct their billing mistake. I'm very disappointed in the lack of customer service and I will not be using them anymore. If they can't get their billing right I hate to see how they handle the lab results.
After reading previous reviews was expecting to have a bad experience. I had a goof experience. Their were 2 employees who shared the experience of paperwork front desk checking but also were completing the lab work of patients who made an appearance on orders from their doctors. They were very Actually I was done before my appointment time. The 2 people who were working at this lab had previously worked at a Labcorp facility that move out of their location.and were now at this facility. My experience at the other lab where they previously I would spend 2 hours waiting just for simple bloodwork. Their labs seem to be under staffed which can cause a person to have a bad experience. So the one small facility of Labcorp in Port Richer Florida was a good experience.
I had a blood extraction done at a Miami location. Apparently, the technician couldn't find my vein so she literally stabbed me. My arm was black, blue, bruised and swollen for over one week. I reported this to LabCorp and a supervisor was supposed to call me within 48 hours. One week later and I haven't heard from anyone. They apparently don't give a damn. Beware!
I visited the Labcorp in Pembroke Pines ******* and I can't believe the great customer service I received. There was an excellent tech his name was Carlos. If you are scared to get your blood taken you need to visit Carlos. He made me and my son feel comfortable and his energy was amazing. I noticed people wouldn't request him too.
August 2,2019, I went to LabCorp located in the George Washington Medical Faculty Associates building at 2300 M Street, NW, Suite 110-16, Washington, DC. I had blood drawn and felt faint. I asked to lie down and was told that was not possible. I fainted and was sat in a chair, the absolute WORST thing to do. I started to sweat like it was raining and vomit. They called 911 and I was taken to the hospital. This ended up costing me almost $2000, all because they were medically negligent. I complained and nothing happened. No response from Rebecca Varley MD listed as in charge of Safety.
They do not upload your exams results.
When we call them we always get the message: "all our customers assistants are busy... If you are so busy, you need to hire more people! We stay hours trying to reach an assistant and they always hang up the phone.
This company is quick with bills. They send bills and "adjustment bills" after you pay with no reason. They are very disorganized!
Why can't they answer the phone? Why can't they have decent employees with decent dispositions? I don't expect a lot, but human decency would be nice. The lab at St. Joseph's hospital in St. Charles Missouri doesn't care one bit about patients. I wish zero rating was an option.
Had an awful experience with billing department. They over charged me and I found out what they told me was a lie. But I don't have it on paper of what I found out. Very rude and very defensive when they saw that I had done my homework. No it's not over I'm still trying to fight it. I did pay it, to keep it off my report. As I have family to raise and a full time job I can't devote every minute to this. BBB will also be notified. So rude. Not done
San Bernardino CA lab is quite busy but if you set up an appointment and are on time the process is quite efficient. After checking in, the wait time was less than 5 minutes and Gay drew blood on first try... out of there in less than 15 minutes...
You pay your bill to Labcorp on time & in full - you get a nasty overdue letter.
You call them, go through a very long automated obstacle course before getting hold of a real person. You go through the hoops telling the the day/time/etc. Of payment (on time & in full). All seems to be settled - even confirming the rep's name/time of call/etc., and they follow up with a nasty collection-type letter.
You call again... again going through a long mess of hold, sales pushes, etc. & finally get ahold of a real person. The Labcorp rep again says they see it posted as paid (on time, in full) I am about 99% certain they turned over a timely, in-full paid bill to a collections agency. This is not the first time they messed up.
This is just not how a reputable business operates.
After being ignored for 15 minutes, while receptionist and a coworker talked about personal issues, I was called to the desk by the rude receptionist. The blood draw was not much better. This is the worst lab and customer service ever. My insurance will only cover this lab. Ridiculous
Created an account, setup an appointment for both my kids. Showed up at my scheduled meetings, scanned my license and logged in with no problems. So I thought everything was set for my kids to get their antibody tests. Well they said that I needed to order them and I would have to log in and set that all up. I don't know my username and password, thats all on my home computer. My credit card is on file, they have my health insurance information... I don't understand and they said I would have to go home and order the test and come back. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere. The procedure is absolutely ridiculous, I did all this online and they wont even help while I'm there in person.
If you are one of the elderly, tecnologically challenged individuals still alive today, do not go to Labcorp for your needs. You are now REQUIRED to check in at the "kiosk". Although they have what appears to be a "Check-in Window" you will stand there with the employees backs to you until they reluctantly decide to acknowledge your presence and point you to the kiosk. They seem to hire the most surly, unhelpful, uncaring people they can find. Avoid this place like the plague if you can.
Do not use this company which profits on the COVID crisis. Trust me.
You go to a place, for me it was Walgreens for an antibody test. They say it will be 1- 3 day's for your results. The accurate time frame is never. It is health care insurance fraud and moreover they take ten dollars from you apart from coverage. You ask for the results and you get an email saying they will contact you. They don't. I will contact Walgreens, because they allow this consumer fraud enterprise to work in their and they may be the apparent agent for the fraud.
I do not care about the money. It's the idea that this company profits from the crisis.
Good luck. You have my review now.
They refused to do my lab because I have an old balance due that I'm disputing it with my insurance and no result until today.
As per the assistant there, if I pay $500 now, she can do my lab. (by the way, it's a regular blood test)
I called the supervisor Charlene and I told her that my doctor waiting for my test lab to follow up on my health and I have to do my lab asap.
She refused too. She said to call the billing department.
The primary task of a medical lab is to provide trustworthy numbers. I have had two results in the last two lab visits that had erroneous numbers. In both cases I verified the correct numbers with lab tests at Quest Diagnostics which has never failed to give accurate info. The first was an A1C test, which LabCorp reported at 5.6. I am on an ultra-low carbohydrate diet, and so a 5.6 is an impossible number for me, and every other test in 3 years has been 5.1 or 5.2. The Quest test taken a few days later came back at 5.2. The second test a few months later was a lipids panel which LabCorp reported a triglycerides of 430. This also was a crazy number as mine had never been above 150. The Quest test taken a few days later showed a typical triglycerides number of 109. They must not be re-calibrating their lab equipment. If you can't get reliable numbers from a lab, then it's not wise to use them, and I will never be using them again. Quest is super reliable.
On 9/27/2022 I had a blood test done by labcorp the insurance did not cover it and they charged me $1,469.00. So I called the Doctor that wrote out the script and she said she could had done for under $500.00. So beware of labcorp they will take advantage of you and rip you off.
At the office at Recker rd and Brown Rd in Mesa One nurse at the front desk was not wearing a mask! Who does that now? Come on people, you should be showing some common sense, after all you are the professionals!
The policies of this company are NOT for the benefit of the customers. They are for the benefit of reducing any possible work for the company to save time and money. We could not get them to fax lab results to a physician that was the actual doc who needed it to adjust medications. I made 5 phone calls, ask to speak to a supervisor twice and would suddenly get disconnected or told I was in the "wrong department". We'll choose Quest Lab who seems to be able to handle a simple INR. I will not waste another 2 hours chasing these people to get MY records.
Answer: I have same question here, no training, but still get paid. Why? Because people allow them
Answer: Its sent out, they are just a profesional AQUIRE BUSSINESS FOR ALL THAT THEY GIVE SERVICE FOR
