I have been a guest since the Chanhassen on crossroads since it opened. I also had worked there so I know what the expectations are. Well they failed on the curbside. I confirmed that I was there 2x and then had to call inside the store. The assistant on duty that night was Darla. She "apologized" and it still took time. I sat there for 20 minutes. Had o not been in so much pain I could have been there, shopped and been home within 10 minutes. Darla finally brought my order out and gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience. Her apology to me was not sincere. I can honestly say I will never do the curbside again and I will only shop during the day. The evening shift has never been good. 😌

He got all piss off and bit my head off he need control that temper.
Very bad customer services I don't understand what the big deal i knew he went to Florida

Saturday February 18th 3:00 p.m.
Needed to use the restroom before shopping.
Saw an employee go in.
I waited 5 minutes... and another 5 minutes...
Then hear videos being played in the stall.
I asked the employee, "are you just sitting there watching videos?"
He smugly replied, "yeah, I am" and turns up the volume.
I go to a manager to complain, and I can't get him to even acknowledge my presence.
I tried to tell him about the employee sitting in the bathroom just watching videos.
He ignores me.
No comment.
Nothing.
Straight out ignores me as if I was not there.
When I go up the counter to make my purchases, he's behind the counter and won't make eye contact.
On any other day, I would have nothing but praise for this store.
I don't know the manager who ignored me, nor do I know the employee that was having his movie break.
I don't know who, if anyone, was in charge.
As a customer, I feel very disrespected by this treatment.
I'm, however, so pleased that employees watching videos in the bathroom have a higher priority than customers.
In any case, when a customer comes up to an employee, (let alone a manager) and has a complaint, be professional at least and have the common decency to not ignore the customer.
I had come to expect more from Kwik Star.

On Jan 26,2023, I went into kwiktrip to look for a certain item as this was my last resort. Upon looking at other places and not finding the item, I had to look in kwiktrip. My service dog did his job when I had an anxiety attack. DPT. The boss, Sam, called the cops because he was 'concerned'. This is total bs, and discrimination. They weren't concerned. If they were concerned, they would ask me if I was ok. Nope. Didn't do that. They triggered my PTSD, and had me banned for over a year. All because my service dog was doing his job. The disabled can't control their disabilities. We can't just shut off our anxiety, depression, ect'. You all (kwiktrip) should be absolutely disgusted...

Free air pump doesn't work and no pump out of order sign posted. No quality assurance, just the jerk circle corporate reach around. Kwik trip sucks.

A great place to go. Many of the Kwik Trips I have found are generally a lot better than most regular gas stations as they have a lot more grocery items in the Kwik Trip stores and gas prices are competitive. Something special about the Caledonia, Minnesota Kwik Trip is that they have the best chicken baskets in their eatery. Almost every time I go for a chicken dinner there, the chicken is moist and the flavor is fantastic. Never had chicken that good at any other Kwik Trip I've been to. EXCELLENT PLACE!
