Great store, always clean. I love how friendly they are there. Always a smile to be given by the employees. I have been going there for many years and will keep on going back. Great job!

So sad to see a company who could be great, be so negative. Their customer service is horrible. It will take over 1 day to hear from them. They copy and paste responses and do not answer your questions. I can not believe when they make a mistake, they wont fully admit it and will not fix their mistakes. They charged my card again and shipped a order, which I never ok'ed. Auto ship was not the issue here. Their response is, I will still have to pay to ship back to them and pay the 10% restocking fee per item. PLUS be charged shipping from them shipping it to me by mistake. Does this make any sense what so ever? I read our their policy and this should only be if it was my mistake. I should have a full refund due to their mistake. I will never order from them again and they are very rude btw. It is sad when people can not just admit when they mess up. I have decided to refuse the package coming(in 2 days). Also alerted my bank, charge was not authorized. Good luck to everyone else out there, who wants to buy from them. Be careful!

I loved Target and Target.com, until the last few times ordering online. They have messed up my orders.
They have also over charged my card 2 x times. One order, I received someone elses order, then my item was out of stock, since I ordered the last one and someone else received it. I never got my items. And it took 14 days to get the credit on my card(it was not my bank it was them) They said sorry and that was it. I do not know what is going on with them? Sad, but I will not be ordering online anymore. Also, the Target in town is so slow and rude when picking up orders. Sad to go, but Target I'm done.
