Kvchosting / kvcwebsitehosting.com by far is the most worth hosting company i've used in past 1 year other than hostgator. Their price is lower than hostgator and their customer service is excellent with fast respond to your issue. (only draw back is their phone support which i don't mind as long as my issue resolved promptly).
I made a call to inquire about the online services that they offered. I recieved excellent customer service, as the technician Andy walked me throught the purchasing process step by step. It was a pleasant experience to speak with someone that was attached to an online service. He was very attentive and addressed all of my concerns. I will definately refer potential customers.

A 3rd party site hosted by KVCHosting has pirated approximately 900 DVDs/videos from various websites.
The site has been shut down 3 times to date.
When KVCHosting was presented with a Digital Millenium Copyright Act complaint their legal department refused to shut down the infringing website.
Ultimately we had to utilize a copyright attorney and they did release the site.
