The sole national electricity supplier in Kenya is government-owned. The services they have been providing are, as might be expected, pretty mediocre. There has been pressure for the government to open up the markets for a private electricity supplier, but said pressure apparently hasn't been enough. KPLC are notoriously unreliable, but what can anyone do? Where else will you source your elec from? So I can't really say I don't recommend them.
