Shipping issues

They really need to work on their shipping. I will say they have become experts at using "COVID", and "excessive online shopping" as an excuse for the shipping issues, soooo I guess that's something. First and last time using this company.

I have contacted this company numerous times about an order I never received. Even they agreed it was never received, and whenever I get a representative on the phone, they promise to take care of the matter but then drop the ball and nothing gets done. 6 weeks later, I'm still fighting to get a refund only now, no one answers, and no one is returning my calls. I have waisted so much time with this, I am eager to spread the word and save someone else the trouble.
