WORST ON-LINE EXPERIENCE PERIOD!
Placed a Christmas order 12/7. Order never shipped. On-line merchandise not current. Discontinued merchandise on the website. NO contacts initiated from customer service. Account was debited - merchandise never shipped - still trying to get assistance.
