This is why you should have zero trust online. The money made from this site must be astronomical. I "unsubcribed" months ago, but it keeps coming. Likely paid advertising is how this site makes it's money. Everyone must know that you DO NOT click links in an email due to the number of spoof emails that copy the original - if you are a trusted site, you DO NOT send links via email. Again, this site refuses to recognize my "UNSUBSCRIBE" option. VERY frustrating and shame on the site for asking people to trust email links.

Kim Komando is an inspiring human being for many reasons. Hard work spotlights the character of people, and Kim has worked hard her entire life. I enjoy listening to Kim's show every weekend because not only does she provide information to help me navigate the constantly changing world of technology, but she also makes safety recommendations for managing kids when using the internet. Thank you for giving such sound advice Kim! The internet can be a dangerous place for our young generation and you have helped me learn about ways to decrease this risk. Kim, you are generous, kind, and always thinking of others. Thank you for sharing your wisdom and loving spirit on the radio!

I have been a Kim fan for over 15 years and learned so much from her site as well as hearing her digital minute on our local radio station. Through her website you can sign up for as many or as few of her emails as you want, however, they are all packed with helpful information. Her web store has many digital items to make your life easier. Have a computer issue or just want to see what is going on? Log into the forum for help from other Kim fans. Anytime I have a digital question, I turn to Kim first.

Ordered in March 2022 thinking I would have my item in time to enjoy for the summer and here it is July and all I have are excuses and untruths that my item has been shipped. So very disappointed in the business and will never use again, at this point I want my monies returned!

I would probably say you're the only one that I trust in everything you say and tell me to do and have been since the late 90's when I discovered your show and have enjoyed the style of the show and how you know everything. ALL the shows teach me and the Friday show with Amber and now Andrew keeps me laughing during my morning runs. Can't figure out why some people have to take time to write to you and be stupidly mean. There is an immense amount of information and it's written so you don't have to have an IT degree to understand it. It keeps you up to date on the latest security threats and has reviews and recommendations for free or inexpensive software alternatives for those who can't afford the big expensive stuff. While there is more available if you subscribe there is plenty of helpful information for free. I highly recommend it as a great source for information on all things digital.

This is an awesome site by the digital goddess Kim Komando. She has a radio show about everything digital. I mean EVERYTHING! From ipods to ipads. LCD tv's to plasma, pc's to laptops. She scours the web to find awesome sites daily. Her site has daily downloads and lots of free stuff. You can sign up for her newsletter but some content on her page is for members only. There is so much info on her site you probably won't have to join. Check it out and I bet you will find something you need.

Been trying since July to cancel my subscription. No response no matter what I use. Phone? No oe answers because of covid. Email to support, no response, contact form on website> no response. Tried to contact company 10 days before my first month was up, no resoonse got charged Aug anoher 4.99. Cars company got me a refund. In Sept another 4.99 charge, tried contacting them again all three ways no response, card company got me a refund. Now it is Oct and I have been charged AGAIN 4.99. Still no response. Tried to complain to BBB in Phoenix but they are not a member. Will have to contact card company again. This is now four months and should not be this much trouble to cancel a subscription. Oh and the reason I canceled was because I never got any response to my questions in July my router was hacked. Got no help and now can't get rid of the monthly charge. SOMEONE READ THIS AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION PLEASE
