Knitted Belle Boutique

Knitted Belle is one of my favorite stores. Their customer service is amazing. I've bought multiple items for family and they always let me return the product if they don't like them or want a different item. I recommend them to everyone.

They have adorable pieces. If you see something you like, you should immediately place an order--they sell out quickly given their popularity on Instagram Finally! A boutique with well made, stylish, fab pieces, reasonable prices, and friendly, helpful staff who know their stuff. My absolute FAVORITE place to shop! Absolutely LOVE this place! Keep it up guys!

I've had only great experiences with the several orders I've placed and the owner has contacted me promptly each time. Great customer service and clothing is cute. One word of advice: clothing runs large! Size down when ordering.

Items took 6 weeks to arrive without notice of back order. When needed to return items, was told credit to store only (a policy which they do not disclose at point of purchase). Owner, * refused to respond to my requests for refund. Terrible customer service, poor delivery.

I waited over a month to get my blouse. Unfortunately after a couple of follow ups I had to cancel and when I did they just said that they ran out of stock on the item. Would have been nice if they had told me that from the start! I was very disappointed because I really liked the blouse!

I have placed numerous orders with KBB over the last year and have been extremely pleased with everything I have ordered. Their response time is quick and Carina always reaches out to me when an item is back ordered or being delayed for some reason. The clothes are cute and prices are very fair and competitive!

I've bought many things from KBB and have loved every single one of them! All of their items are so unique and I can always find the perfect one for me! I've never had any trouble ordering from here and the service is excellent! They are very personal and willing to help in any way they can!

I have purchased three dresses and multiple tunics from this store. I receive many compliments every time I wear one of your items. Great quality and unique items that I can't find anywhere else. Huge selection to choose from. And Gina is so helpful, has a big smile and so kind to work with. She has helped me pick out flattering clothes every time! I will make this one of my favorite and frequent shopping sites!

I have had excellent service@ Knitted Belle. Always top notch customer service with Gina, and my items are in the mail that day. Have them in my hand 2 days after. Clothes are beautiful. I have also had to return items for a different size, and of course, I would expect to pay shipping back, but always get my return size right away. If you haven't been to Knitted Belle, take a look... very beautiful clothes!

The customer service rep was very sweet and helpful. She took her time to ensure that I got exactly what I wanted and it fit me perfectly! The products are consistently high quality and the prices are fantastic!
