I have had not one problem with this company and I have ordered from them many, many times. From order to delivery is the same as ordering from any other clothing store. Maybe you should try calling them.

I have found this business to be hit or miss. Some have a great experience, BUT if something happens, they offer no sort of customer service. You are basically just out of luck.
