I have been a LOYAL customer for almost a year now and you couldn't PAY me enough to stop shopping here. Gina and Carina are so easy to work with and are very in tune with helping me with all of my needs. I have had to return a few things that were credited immediately - I have had to exchange a few things that was done quickly and with understanding. I waited over a month to get my blouse. Unfortunately after a couple of follow ups I had to cancel and when I did they just said that they ran out of stock on the item. Would have been nice if they had told me that from the start! I was very disappointed because I really liked the blouse!
I am so sorry about that! Sometimes our inventory is off and we do run out, and other times, the items get backordered. Our customers are very important to us, and please know we do everything possible to get our customers taken care of!
Biggest scam! Right out the gate all advertising says site ready in 2 days. 1st email - it will be 5 -7 days. Asked if I wanted my items in the store separated/categorized & I said yes. Informed me it would be longer than 5-7 days since I wanted my items categorized. I bought 2 stores, never had any feedback or communication regarding the 2nd store. I then brought up the timeline discrepancy & my 2nd store that there was zero mention of & that I wasn't happy with the communication (lack thereof rather) My response? I was only asking a simple question. I don't need money that bad. I'll refund you. RUN! Most fraudulent experience EVER!
Ordered back in January. Nothing I ordered was "presale" (as the owner tried to explain in her last email in March). I received 2 in a timely manner. When calling, I was told of a back order and how someone's vacation made a delay. I leave tomorrow without part of my order (March 9). Buyer beware. A different story told each time contacted.
Hi Regina, You were actually speaking with Gina the whole time, not the owner. One of the tops you ordered was oversold, and backordered by the manufacturer. You did not note on this review that you actually did receive the top before your trip. It did show up to our warehouse and we expedited the shipping so you would have it before leaving. Upon seeing this review, I asked you to go and correct it, and you did not respond. I am very sorry about your experience. Although we try our best to have an accurate accounting of inventory on our site, sometimes it just isn't possible. We do then backorder the items. My first order was a pair of sandals that I can't wear due to the shape of my feet! I returned them (6.85 shipping) past the 30 days (not knowing) and they said I would not get a refund and my shoes would be donated if I didn't pay the postage to have them returned back to me!
I am in customer service and I have never heard of any such thing! Very irritated and I will never order from this company again!

Hi Dianne, Our records show you asked if the shoes could be returned after 30 days and were told no per our policy. You returned the shoes anyway. Sorry this was such a bad experience. As a rule, and in order to keep our merchandise fresh, we do not take returns after 30 days. Carina
I ordered several pieces and one was defective. I contacted the shop and they replied promptly asking for a picture of defective merchandise. I sent it and was immediately issued a refund for HALF of the purchase price of the defective item. When I asked why half, she said it was because I bought it on sale and because I received free shipping. (according to return policy, sale items cannot be returned and the free shipping was applied because I spent over $50 on my order). However, given that I am not returning simply because I don't like it but because it is unusable, I find this to be an unsatisfactory solution to the problem. I will not shop there again.

You say that sometimes customers won't give you a chance to fix things- I offered you that chance several times. I love the appearance of your clothing on the site and wanted to be able to purchase more.
I informed you of the issue and I was ignored. I asked for help on your FB page. You deleted my comment and blocked me. When I emailed again to ask for options, you said to return it. When I asked HOW to go about doing that, you ignored me again until AFTER the return period had passed.
You know what I mean by damaged product as I already answered this. One item arrived shredded along the seams with strings hanging off the rest. The sleeves are not the same length and one will not even go over my arm (for reference, I have bony arms). One top is not the same color as shown and the other top is neither the correct color nor fabric. It seems to not even be the same blouse.

The only reason this company gets 2 stars is because they offer free shipping and I did receive SOMETHING.
I ordered two items, both arrived damaged and not even resembling the items I purchased. When you get shoddy product, there is recourse as the only returns allowed are for store credit. The owner censors any sort of critique on the site or Facebook so there is no way to warn other unsuspecting buyers. I wondered why the most recent comments on their FB page come from buyers from a year ago. My guess is, like mine, she deleted any other comment that was not glowing.
Actually the more I type, I keep thinking one star is more fitting, but again, they do offer free shipping.
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately, with the internet, people can say things that aren't true and you can't do anything about it. Sometimes, customers do not give you a chance to fix things before they make negative comments. When you deal with the general public, it is almost impossible to give everyone exactly what they want. That being said, I hope you will change your mind and give us another chance. I would really appreciate your business. As far as the comment about the clothes arriving damaged and being subpar quality, I am still not sure what you are referring to. I let you know you could return the merchandise if you weren’t happy, and you refused. We do purchase all of our items from the original vendors, so we are selling the same exact quality items as every other boutique. We are family-owned, and very passionate about this business. It is very sad to me that you decided to try to hurt our business by leaving this review without giving us the opportunity to make it right. It is also unfortunate that the only reviews some people will read and take into account are the negative ones. We are not in some other country. We are in the heart of the USA. We are trying to make a living just like everyone else. Some people just aren't nice, and that is one of the saddest things about running an online business. You don't get the chance to meet any of your customers, and let them see who you really are. I have owned another small business since 2003, which still has the same employees. Had amazing customer service from start to finish and loved everything I purchased.
Answer: I have had not one problem with this company and I have ordered from them many, many times. From order to delivery is the same as ordering from any other clothing store. Maybe you should try calling them.
