My insurance company referred this company. Big mistake! Not only was it a hassle to get repairs scheduled, the timelines were incorrect, they packed up a room they weren't supposed to, they left painters tape on the wall, put things back incorrectly or not at all, they left my thermostat st 69 degrees (in August), and while they were working in my home and responsible for my property (I had to vacate the premises for 2 weeks), items were stolen from my home. According to the police, there were no signs of forced entry and the items taken were random and from several different areas of the house which were intended to not be noticed until weeks after the restoration work had been completed. To top it off, there was one five minute conversation with the company about how they would cooperate with the police and while the investigation is ongoing (as they're checking my property against pawn shop records), filed a lien on my property! I wouldn't recommend this company even to my enemies!
