Every other vendor I do business sends me a complete receipt within seconds. Kleen-Rite can't seem to do that. It happens EVERY time.
I like most of the process when dealing with Kleen-Tite, but at the final checkout I've never seen the total purchase price prior to finalizing the purchase. Then I have to search for everything in order to enter the purchase in to my books, and it takes a while to get a receipt for the record. It happens every time I buy from Klee -Rite.
Everything was good except the shipment packaging was insufficient for the weight of the package. The package was damaged upon arrival but the product was okay.

I switched to ordering from Kleen Rite (from Windtrax) 20 years ago because of the website. And Kleen Rite kept me as a customer because of the great customer service over the phone. I don't price shop or look around at other sources, I just order from Kleen Rite because it is almost always an easy experience, and when it's not customer service always squares me away.
Ordered my first case of Kleen-Rite Big White Car Wash Towels in November, 2022. They are perfect for all kinds of clean up around the house, as well as drying our vehicles.That case of 150 towels has lasted 3 years because they are so durable I can use them multiple times.

Every single time I place an order I do not receive a confirmation email and I have to chase a quote for freight. It usually takes 2 -3 emails to receive freight confirmation and invoice. The only option is wire transfer which is slow and old school in this day ans age. I am a regular customer and surely a VISA transaction is acceptable. I deal with many Chinese companies and they all accept VISA why not Kleen Rite

I ordered a few parts that i needed and did not receive. I called and they informed me the parts would arrive on Friday. Friday came and no parts. I called again and they informed me they were waiting on one part and it would be here on the next Friday. They said that parts were not in yet. I ordered the item that they said they were waiting on a week after i placed my first order and received it a week before i got the first order.
I try and order late in the date or on the weekends due to the website running very slowly. Your Customer Service though has always been very helpful.

I have communicated several times I do not want back orders but it happens every time even though my account has a "no back orders" message. Not only do I duplicate orders later, but also pay twice for shipping with back orders.
