Purchased shoes from this site. No communication until 2 months later when I disputed the transaction, since they had charged my credit card and did not send out the order. Only until then they wrote back saying the shipping is on its way. (Keep in mind i paid for 2 day shipping). So not only did I lose out on shipping, i had to wait 2 months to get my order... This gets better, Not only did they not send out the whole order, they sent 1 shoe at a time and used it against my complaint stating they did send out my shipment. Now they are accusing me for credit card fraud?! It is now 5 months later, I am still waiting on my order... I have a hold on the payment... be smart kids and don't shop at kixclusive.
