Ordered x1 item that was supposed to be in stock with a delivery time of 3-5 days. One month later and the item still not dispatched. No reply to emails. Not entirely convinced this company actually exists!

I will definitely be using kitking again as the quality of the garments. Printing and embroidery are great and for the price aswell. Yes they did take approx 3-4 weeks to get delivered and a few emails and phone calls to see what was happening with them but well worth the wait. I have spoken to other people about the delivery time and they were impressed with how quickly they arrived as they have had other stuff on order with another local company since the beginning of August and are still waiting now.
Being self employed myself i can understand that sometimes things do get busy and it's difficult to get things done on time and I find that some customers want things yesterday and you can never seem to please them ones. Yes it can be difficult to get in touch with kitking but as the recording has been saying September is busy so hey ho just keep trying and you will succeed

I received my order after 10 days which is normal I think in the Uk. Even from shein it takes 11 days to get our stuff. So everything was fine with my delivery although I read some bad comments from people which scared me first. However, I got my parcel without any trouble.

Had to give 1 star but i would have given less. Shocking service from start to end. Cant speak to anybody - have to email, constantly getting errors on quotes and mis-pricing. Printing on our tracksuits was in the wrong place and the embroidered badge was in the wrong colour despite being sent across in the correct colour, delay after day, missed delivering items and wouldnt compensate in anyway. Cheap - but you get what you pay for. Definitely wouldnt use again.

Fantastic embroidery but i ordered 10 items, 8 arrived and 3 of them were unwearably short. If i dare lift my arms above my waist the shirts start riding up like a crop top. I complained and was told that it was tough. As i'd already paid and had the item personalised that i was stuck with it.

If you order from them, you better hope you don't have any reason to ask for help. They're not interested. I wanted to exchange for higher quality items and was more than happy to pay the difference between the items and to post the offending items back. The Senior Sales Assistant' just kept refusing to help. Shocking customer service.

I'm now out of pocket & stuck with 3 shirts that don't fit. Classy company...

We bought a set of shirts for a charity side end of June. As we only play around 4 games per year I phoned 5 days prior to our first event to get an update I was told finished in printing moving to embroidery so will receive next week so I asked if I could pay extra to get in time for our first event he said no I've put a note to make it a priority. Anyway they didn't arrive not a problem as it was very close to the event so understandable so our next event is this Sunday so I phoned for an update yesterday to be told it's in embroidery then moving to printing it was delayed because of joma delivering. Looking at another 2 weeks by which time we will have one or two games left for the year. We choose kit king as it was a bigger company and had a good lead time but in places in smaller print the lead time differs. Point is two operators giving false information well at least one of them now unable to reach them I'd assume they remember the phone number.

King kit have a good number of kits, some at decent prices, good idea of the salvage yard... however, beware of selling anything as you will never get anywhere near what you think it is worth or even what a similar kit is being advertised for; i appreciate there needs to be room for profit to buy new stock and pay a wage, but there is a fine line between a fair price and a rip off, as always "let the seller beware!".
What really irks me is that there is a kit advertised at over £120, salvage yard, but no time to check the parts, for that money i demand a parts check!

Total rip-off of a company! Took us 4months to get our order sorted out. Shambles from day one! Matthew the suppose to be sales manager is a con artist!
You could never get a hold of them, no calls or answer to emails. Always an excuse! Such a stressful time dealing with them. We never did get it completely sorted.
DO NOT BUY FOR THEM.
I never write a review on anything I buy but I feel so strongly on this I can't let this by.

We made a purchase from kitking for some track suits. We were told we would have them in 2 weeks as there was no printing or sponsor logos needed. It took th 6 for them to be delivered. The zips were broken on 3 and at leas 5 were not stitched properly. The track suits, sorry to say, were crap. We sent them back for a refund. That took them 8 weeks to sort out only because we threatend them with trading standards. Total rubbish company to deal with and would advise to stay away

I dealt with Stuart in Kitking earlier this year where I wanted a full mens and full womens custom kit made at very short notice. We are based in Ireland so I wasn't sure how long it would take to get the kits from the factory (I think in Germany) then to the UK for printing and then here to Ireland. The kits arrived on time - in fact even earlier than expected and they were quality! Our logo looked great on them, very good printing. We played our tournament in Italy the week after and received comments on how professional our teams looked. I would definitely recommend KitKing.

Ordered a kit deal worth over £1200 for a University team with them at the end of October, and still waiting to receive the kits at the end of December, despite being promised (an already delayed) delivery date of mid December. Email replies have been inconsistent, slow and uninformative. Due to this the team has now played half the season without a kit, and I have also had to change the address to my home address as it is now the Christmas holidays. 3 delivery dates have now been missed, so resorting to phoning them up today, I have been promised delivery to the new address for Tuesday 22nd December. Not worth the hassle and haven't even tested the print quality yet!

Their items are decent prices but honestly there other sites that offer similar prices. I cannot recommend them they take so long to deliver. Companies like prodirectsport offer similar prices but deliver at a much quicker time frame. I ordered 4 personalised jackets and it's taken 3 months to receive. Preciously I ordered just 1 jacket and that took almost 2 months. Ive used them for years but Their delivery times are getting longer and longer I would recommend you search for other places before settling with them as you can expect to be waiting for a long while. Honestly all this would be fine if they made an effort to update you, I was told my items were taking so long because some of it went missing, I had to contact them to find this out. And as a gesture if good customer service you would think since it went missing it would be fast tracked. Instead I was told it would be put on the list and would take another 4 weeks to deliver. This is after 2 months of waiting. Poor customer service too long to deliver, decent prices but use them as a last option
