Made an online purchase and was sent the wrong size item. I contacted them and returned their item for an exchange of the correct size item. The correct item was never sent to me. So I contacted them again and they said it was out of stock so I asked for a refund. Refund was never given after being told "it was" and I actually had to file a PayPal claim to get my money back. Also the 2 people I talked to thru their online chat was rude. Never will purchase again. Thankfully I paid with PayPal and had them to back me up and see no refund was initiated on their end for the item that they received back. Don't lie to a customer and say they were refunded. Especially when it was you who sent me the wrong sized item to begin with.
