No more the same

Items quality has become very poor. I just bought a dish holder.Made of plastics.You can have same elsewhere for cad15, they are selling it at cad55.Return policy is there only to CHEAT customer.Some of the workers treat you the way they want. I was asked to take my return item and go away in front of many other people.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THERE

Do NOT order from them

Do NOT order from them. I placed a big online order but they did not want to pay Purolator so just cancelled my whole order. I understand that the CP strike is annoying for businesses, but they should still ship orders out, not just cancel orders.

Terrible management. I'm not sure if you can call Christa a manager she's rude and terrible at customer service. I tried to return a brand new kettle that I had only had for one week and used maybe twice. The kettle would not sit on its cradle and charge correctly I had to wiggle it. The blue light around the bottom of the kettle seemed to burn out everywhere except at the ends and the lid got so hot it almost burned my hand. I wanted to return the faulty kettle but Christa had other ideas she took the kettle in the, back filled it with water and tested it out came back and said there's nothing wrong with it and wouldn't take it back. I told her I wasn't happy with the kettle for the reasons stated she didn't care and kept saying it was the stores policy no returns for used items. I was shocked and asked if all items in the store had no return policy she abruptly said it's policy. I asked for the head office number and her name she said no problem go right ahead. When I questioned her customer service and asked why there was no warranty she rolled her eyes and walked away and left me standing at the counter while she hid in the stock room. I had to ask another cashier for the number and her name. I went to Kitchen plus in Oakville and they were fantastic I told them the issue and they said no problem we will do a full refund. What a difference. Kitchen plus head office needs to fire Christa she not a manager and you can tell her staff are miserable she going to kill business at the Hamilton location.

Lousy...Don't buy from this store!

In July 2021, my wife placed an order for goods from KITCHEN STUFF PLUS online store. Delivery was supposed to be free and by CANADAPOST and to our front door. When the package had not arrived on the date promised, I went to our mailbox, which is inside the lobby of our apartment building, and found a CANADA POST "delivery notice", which said we had to pick up our package at a SHOPPERS DRUG MART the next business day. We were home all day. Kitchen Stuff plus should hire a better delivery service. I had to hire a cab $100 to get my stuff...some free delivery... No compensation offered...by KITCHEN STUFF PLUS or CANADA POST...

My wife ordered the goods from Kitchenstuffplus Online.

We were told that delivery would be free to our address
XXXX XXXX XXXX Toronto

We also gave them our cell phone number XXX XXX XXXX

On 27th July we received in our mail box a "Delivery Notice", stating that we had to pick up the order from SHOPPERS DRUG MART.

I point out that we are both seniors, and we ordered the goods because we were told the goods would be delivered to us at our home. We were not told that we would not get delivery to our home, but would have to pick the goods up ourselves from SHOPPERS DRUG MART.

I followed the tracking advice and was unable to understand why Canada Post did not deliver the goods to our door, like other deliveries we get. We were home all the time.

On receipt of the "Delivery Notice', on 27th July, I phoned
416 614 3107 and I was told I would have to collect the goods myself from SHOPPERS DRUG MART, and the lady I spoke to said she did not know why Canada Post did not deliver to us, but delivered to SHOPPERS DRUG MART.

I point out that my wife is disabled and I am 85 years old.

I had to hire a Taxi to get to SHOPPERS DRUG MART to collect the goods, which were in a large package which was quite heavy. This SHOPPERS DRUG MART does not have trolleys.
I had to get the Taxi Driver to help me carry the large package from SHOPPERS DRUG MART lower level floor to the ground floor level using the elevator there and then into the cab. The taxi driver drove me home and again had to help me carry the package into the elevator and to the front door of our apartment.

I had to give the taxi driver $100 for his time and effort.

I cannot understand why you use CANADA POST. We get deliveries from AMAZON, FEDEX, PUROLATOR etc to our door without problems.

My wife and I have been customers the DUFFERIN branch for many years. We ordered online because the store told us they were out of stock of the goods we wanted, and that we needed to order online.

We received no compensated for the additional expense we had, and for the time and aggravation, despite my phone calls to Kitchen stuff and my emails to them...
My advice..."Don't order or buy from KitchenStuff Plus..."

A few short comings.

2 things 1. Why is it there are no round table cloths in you store? Many of my friends have then and we find it frustrating that they only come in primary colours black white and beige plus to go along with it is the same for the variety on the types of materials they are made of not the same as the oblong ones. K

I made the mistake of buying a Breville espresso machine from KSP. It was defective. I took it back to the store about 12 hours later and ***SURPRISE*** KSP said they cannot take it back - I have to deal with Breville. It says that in fine print on the receipt but no one tells you. Dealing with Breville has been an absolute nightmare. My coffee machine was sent back to them next day, but I still am fighting for a refund one month later.

Not doing price match
November 22, 2022

Upon receiving the gift, there was a gift receipt. When I returned it, I got store credit, so I chose the soda stream to make sparkling water. All stores have a price match policy. There were two Kitchen Stuff and Plus stores I went to, Richmond Hill and Weston Road and Highway 7. Both stores refused to match the price of Canadian Tire and Bed Bath and Beyond. I was asked to return on Black Friday.

These people do not value of customer's money.
They think the customers are lying.
They didn't take my item back because of their own perception. I was one of their regular customers. I spend thousands of $$$$ every year. And they did not value of my words.
Just for $20 they made me upset.
I will never never buy from them in future...
It was so much disrespect.
Don't Forget you ARE Because of US.
Kitchen Stuff plus at Great lakes Brampton.
Rude and Disrespectful employees.
You do not deserve any star

They have such a great collection for your kitchen. You can find so many things, actually different things and different styles. Huge variety and not that expensive. You will fall in love with all kitchen products..
