I was excited to order and receive my order of 2 pants- 1 classic and the other high waisted
I am a standard size small- 5,7 tall
The classic pants are a disappointment- does not fit at all as appears on the models. The inseam is so pronounced that it appears as "camel toe" and is horrible. Could never wear these unless pulled off to fit below the waist… and why would I do that?
The high waisted are a little better except that they are beyond long in length and in order to wear them I would need them to be tailored for length- which I have never had to do for any pants as I am 5 7"
I spent almost 400.00 for 2 pairs of pants that I likely will never wear
Truly disappointed and would not recommend unless able to try on first
I purchased a pair of pants thinking that they looked amazing. When I received them. The quality of the material was cheap almost like sweatpants or thin leggings.You could see the seams of the pocket going all down the front of your leg, and it bagged and bunched up like a pouch in the front. It's crazy. The return policy was pretty easy however I got charged 12.95 to return the pants. Now I'm angry and disappointed.

Wow! I'm surprised with the other reviews, because these are my favorite pants by far! I order 3 different pair a few years ago now and I'm looking to order some more. To this day those original 3 pairs look and feel great! The quality is amazing!

Do not purchase anything through this Merchant. They are a fraud business and their customer service is a nightmare. Placed an order during their Black Friday sale on Nov 29. They canceled it the very next day on Nov 30 saying items out of stock. I expected they would automatically effect a refund but they didn't and stayed silent instead. On Dec 6 I wrote to them bringing to their awareness that a refund was still not back into my account and they promised to refund in full. The lady responding as customer service, Charrissa has been leading me to believe she has been working on it and coordinating with her supervisor. When I asked that she let me communicate with the supervisor, I never did hear from the supervisor. Charrissa kept saying their payment gateway Brain Tree was rejecting their refund attempts for unknown reasons. She even made out like she was attempting to contact me by phone but I never received any call or miscall on my mobile phone. Following more communication with her, she went onto to say they would offer to refund the amount via PayPal instead. I sent her my details for it like she asked and since then she stopped responding altogether. They still have not refunded my money till now or updated me around its status. It is Dec 13,2021 today over two weeks since this order was placed and canceled and they are very much active with their Facebook posts but have no time to respond via email. This merchant has behaved deviously and should be reported. Beware. Wish I had read their Facebook reviews beforehand other customers have had poor experiences with them too

We attempted several times to issue the refund, but your bank blocked the transactions. We worked with you to identify the issue and asked for your cooperation to contact your bank to allow the refund to be processed. We also offered to issue the refund to another card or account to expedite the process. We remained in contact with you throughout the process, but we did not receive a reply to our request for your PayPal so we could send your refund there. We tried to reach out to the phone number you provided as well. We regret any delays; however, we were unable to expedite this as we needed your assistance along the way. Thankfully, we are happy to say the refund was resolved by asking you to decline the original charge. Thank you for your patience while we worked to resolve this issue. I specifically sent a message inquiring as to the availability to return and item. The item was $20 off for one day and I had an additional coupon for 30% off. Charrisa said it was returnable. $188 - 20 is 168. Somehow the changed the price to end in 99 cents so I could not return. Why would they say it was returnable if it was not?

This has been a frustrating first time order experience for an expensive pair of essentially -yoga pants. Order was placed on: Tuesday Jan 16th. Received a suspicious email correspondence on Jan 19th requesting sizing info saying, "Hello Lovely, We hope this email finds you well! We are so excited you were able to find some gorgeous pieces. It does look like the size was not selected for your item. Please confirm the size & length of your KiraGrace Pant and we will get your order shipped out right away! Xoxo"
At this point, I'm dumbfounded because I couldn't order the pants without clicking on the size. OK Maybe a computer glitch.
Almost 1 week later, Jan 22nd, I get a confirmation product will ship in 3-7 days.
So far, I'm not a fan. Adding insult to injury is the bombardment of Kira Grace emails since my order, attempting to sell me more items and asking me how I like the product I still have yet to receive. How would you feel in my shoes? I'll let you know if customer service replies, and if I get the pants.
