I'm confused about my order. I ordered the PAC-MAN chain for $100 on Instagram shop and the first issue was that every time I put my card in, they would charge it a dollar. Then even when I did the "Check-out" page would freeze. So after 5 failed attempts of trying to buy the chain I managed to and I was happy. There was a notice saying if you buy one you can get 50% off and I was planning to buy another one. But I never got the code or indication my discount was available. I've tried to called customer service multiple times but they continually put me on hold and won't let me leave a message. They're open weekdays 8-4 or 8-5 and they refuse to answer cuz apparently every representative is busy when it's been like 40 minutes I've waited on the phone. Luckily I used my credit card because I might need to cancel my order but they won't respond!
