I have used KA flour for years, lived near the company store in VT for awhile, have compared their flour with other brands. No comparison. Very high quality. Their baking book is superb, online classes and wide variety of flours and related products to choose from. An added bonus about this company is that it is employee owned. A plus in my book. If you like to bake and like to support environmentally conscious and clean companies, King Arthur Flour Company is the one to chose.

I buy almost exclusively King Arthur products for all my bread making. (If they had OO flour and cornmeal, I'd never go anywhere else. I have found the recipes to always be easily doable and tasty.
