Ok, so first of all, this is not about my experience. This is about past incidents I saw on the internet. In 2007, a KFC/Taco Bell outlet was found to be rat infested. Rats were running around the restaurant. Two KFC outlets in Sydney, Australia, were fined record amounts in 2009 for having unhygienic food preparation areas. Layers of grease and dirt was found by inspectors, as well as evidence of vermin. The KFC stores have already been warned multiple times to keep their restaurants clean. But that's not all. In 2009, In London, there was claimed to be a mouse running around the restaurant with flies above it's head.
Overall, an average experience, I really like the food but customer service is really not their best side, I waited for too long to be seated at first, then food and drinks. Love their food, especially chicken sandwich, with better service they could be the best place to eat for me.
There must be some Stores that still take Customer Service Into account but PLEASE do not Waste your time nor money on the store in Port Augusta unless you want to be spoken to By Arrogant Rude mouth Kids who really Have any idea on Customer Service and need to be taught MANNERS
I love going there with my kids, and those chicken wings are amazing, but service must be much much better! Sometimes they are so unpolite, and very slow

Gone completely down hill! Tried so many times at Holly Springs. Obviously they keep the good for themselves? Not concerned about customers? Poor quality Breast box soggy, old potatoes hard no gravy, wing from baby, biscuit raw very doughy? All the time there? Poor management? Should provide fresh not leftovers! Throwing away again!
I stopped at KFC in Monty Naicker Road near Game in town(Durban) excited coz it has been under renovation and I knew that the taste would be amazing.As I wallked up to the cashier by the name of Londi, she frowned and waited for me to greet. I greeted her and she pulled her face again and greeted me back in a soft tone almost as if I was annoiying her by greeting her. Then she rang up my order and gave me change and the slip, no Thank you nothing. I watched her serve other people as well and she was doing the same. I walk in a restaurant and I have never seen such unprofessionalism. I would like to suggest that staff should be trained as to how to serve customers. A simple greeting, smile and thank you is important in the restuarant/franchise industry. I normally tip cashiers but I would definitely never tipped Londi.The food was great and the place is stunni g but the service also needs a turn around.
I just left the Canton store and someone was taking my order and she was very rude saying she could not understand me i spoke up and repeated myself in a very nice way 3 times and after she finally got the order I drove up to the window and she was throwing my food in the box and looking at me with a very mean look. I have been a patron for years and know everyone there and have never been treated so bad in my life. I can tell she was in a really bad mood and she blamed me for her lack of understanding English! I will never go though there again. We as customers deserve much better especially when I come through often! Never again! I will not even eat my meal now because she was using her hands which is very gross.
My kids are crazy for chicken wings and stripes! They can eat KFC all day, but I am not a big fan, and service sometimes knows to be lazy
Went to KFC located Ashville Hwy Spgt sc and i will refrain the nxt time to ever return back to this location. The staff is the worst. Pulled in to order my meal and was spoken down to by the employed person on the other end of the receiver. As a paying customer and a human being, i deserve a little more dignity and respect than that. Intercom Staff was rude from the get go. Hastily tone " what do you want", "well you wasn't specific enough" " yeah we're out of that ". Ill mannered! Is this how you train your staff? Do your customers not have any value at all. I will refrain in requesting any services from this particular franchise by keeping my hard earned money and going somewhere else
I have eaten Kentucky fried chicken for the last time. I understand raising prices with the way things are now. The quality of chicken was shocking! Such small pieces and hardly any meat. I have given them my business for for decades. No more!
I visited the Strawberry plains, Tn location today. I ordered 2 five piece Nashville hot tenders with extra sauce and extra pickles. None of which were given. Then I got to the window and asked for kfc hot sauce packets, I was reassured that it was in the bag when I asked a second time. When I got home I had no hot sauce packets, no extra sauce, 4 pickles instead of 3 and no napkins! And my side of Mac n cheese was half full. I don't think I will be visiting this location again. Definitely not worth the $22 I paid

Was so excited for KFC. Saratoga Springs to be here. About the third week in opening.
We decided to get some food. We trayed to order the Tuesday special. Don't have that yet.
So we ordered a pot pie. And a Chicken sandwich. We got home. We got we think a kids meal, a couple pieces of chicken roll and pot and gravy. The chicken so cold greasy. No meat really to eat. Potatoes and gravy cold tasted awful. All went into the garbage. Waste of time gas and lost creaving for KFC wont be back.
The service was bad with a long time waiting. French fries were tasteless, chickenwings too spicy and greasy, milkshake without taste too since they were out. Such a waste. We threw our food out and left hungry.
Took delivery of an order and the quality of the food was shocking, it looked like they'd gone round the tables and collected people's left overs and delivered them to me. The customer service was even worse refused to give me a refund because uber eats delivered it, I contacted them and they also refused. I may aswell of put my money in the bin
Ooh, I really like KFC, eat them every sunday (sometimes twice a week), but last couple of times wings wasn`t the best quality.
I am a huge fan of KFC, loved their chicken wings and chicken stripe, basically I prefer their chicken compare to other places. Last time only fries were cold so that is the reason for 4 stars, everything else, great, stuff polite, very professional and more important very fast.
Placed an order with KFC in Alston, Mass. At 9 am this morning for two meals, with delivery to be made by Grubhub at 1 pm. At 12:55 pm, just 5 minutes before we were to have dinner, we got an email telling us that KFC cancelled our order because - take your pick - they were "too busy", and/or they RAN OUT of chicken breasts and biscuits! How the hell does a KFC run out of basic, staple food items? Totally unprofessional to send a last minute message, giving us NO time to consider an alternative. They didn't even ask us if we'd like to choose something else from their menu! Haven't gone to KFC for YEARS, thought we'd try it again, and this happens. "We ran out of biscuits and chicken breasts and are too busy" my foot. More likely an issue with POOR management and staff people who call in sick all the time.

Answer: POPEYE is far better. Maybe a little more $$$ but at least you will NOT throwup.
