I ordered directly from the Keurig website! The delivery box had scotch tape across the bottom! It had no packing material and everything in the box was clunking. I called Keurig to get a label for a return. My nightmare began! I was on hold 18 minutes! I called 4 times and was told they were emailing a return label which they never did! They only accept returns up to 30 days so I took the box to the UPS store and they retapped and wrote, "return to sender"! Now, they claimed they received the return but I have to wait 4 to 6 weeks for a refund! I used my debit card and this violates Federal law! I'm turning this in to my State Attorney General's Office!
This was a Christmas present in 2021 the machine stopped working under 6 months. I called CS and they did sent me a new one. Again under 6 months the machine once again just stopped working! Do not buy this model!
The products are great, the service and people are great, if you ever have a concern, you can call and talk to a live person and they always make it right. I pretty much only get my coffee from Keurig.com.
Wouldn't know about their product as the continued incompetence, lies and lousy customer service will keep me from purchasing from them. If you do purchase, consider yourself warned. You will NOT have any customer service.
I decided to upgrade from my Keurig Mini and purchase the Keurig 2.0 and a carousel to hold the cups. After realizing that I accidentally purchased the carousel for the vue cups, rather than the k-cups, I called customer service. I was told that they do not offer any returns or exchanges AT ALL. I just wanted to exchange for the correct one, and you would think that after purchasing two machines and a carousel from them (over $200.00 worth of product), they would be more willing to work with me and honor the return/exchange.
Well, I was wrong. The item was brand new and unopened, and I was a loyal customer.
If you must order a keurig product, please beware and do not order directly from the site. Amazon, Kohls, and many other stores also sell Keurig products and honor returns/exchanges.
I purchased a brewer starter kit in December 2022. I committed to purchasing 16 boxes of coffee to satisfy the reduced purchase price for the brewer. I ordered 4 boxes with the brewer, for which I got the proper credit. Since then, I have made 2 purchases of 4 boxes for which they did not give me credit towards the 16 box commitment. I have tried to straighten this out via chat, E-mail, and now 47 minutes on the phone to the Phillipines, only to be cut off by a supervisor when I asked to return the coffee maker.
I have thoroughly read the details of the commitment, and nowhere does it explain why I do not get the credit for purchasing the coffee from Keurig.
Buyer beware, they are counting on our not being vigilant with delayed, spaced out subscription type purchases.
I received a Keurig Coffee Individual Servicing Cup of coffee. I read a lot about the product and I personally love my Keurig. I buy the K-caps and the paper filters and all the accessories, and it all works for me. I have no problems since I received it last Father's Day. I now went out and purchased the screen and container that fits into where the coffee container used to be. I find it works just great and all I have to do is just wash out the screen on the container. I now don't mind getting a cup of coffee, I do not have to do as much work at cleaning and drying. For me, I love it. Talk to me.
I ordered some products via Keurig, they promised to deliver the products within a couple or 3 days but after 5 days they are still promising to deliver the products within a couple of days. Totally disappointed i am.
If I could give the Keurig company a rating of zero, I would. My six month old Keurig Supreme quit working. After calling customer service. I have provide pictures of receipts, the machine, a serial number and a hand written note. My last email stated that I hadn't provided contact dates? This is 2022 the have records of my numerous emails and telephone calls. This is the worst customer service that I have received in my lift time. I will NOT purchase another Keurig machine.
After a year I turn over the unit to clean my miniplus and never turn again, I call customer service, after 34 minutes of back connection poor english and poor customer service the told me it had warranty and 5 minutes later that I didn't, this is my second unit going bad after it is turn over.

The Kcups that I order are not available in the rewards catalog. In fact there isn't anything in the rewards catalog that I want. It would be nice if you could use your points towards items a person usually orders. I have 770 points and they are useless as far as I am concerned. Additionally, I can get the flavors/brands of coffee at other stores much cheaper when on sale than ordering direct through Keurig.
Keurig is one of the most unethical companies I have ever dealt with. How can you market your products in every store possible in the US and outsource customer communications to foreign countries, leaving us to deal with people who speak little English. There are many people in the US who need jobs. Why not hire them? I provided everything I was told to provide for a warranty issue. I have cancelled my account with you and all future shipments. I have purchased another brewer and IT WAS NOT A KEURIG! I will never do business with you people again. You have no integrity whatsoever, and rest assured I will run your name in the ground every chance I get. THAT IS A PROMISE! Shame on you! How much are you paying your people to garble everything they say? I may be only one kog in the wheel, but believe me the "ones" can make a BIG impact!
Keurig has earned our business. It is RARE that we buy kcups anywhere else. After a few purchases, we reached platinum status. So, for life, we have an automatic 15% discount. We get 50% off brewers. Free shipping is easy to reach. Discounts come through email often, at least every few weeks. Any coupon code is stackable on top of our platinum discount. Keurig.com shines when it comes to service. When I've had questions or made errors entering orders, emails are returned (by a live human being!) in less than 12hours usually. Any hiccups we have had, they corrected. Often they offered us a freebie for the trouble. Can't recommend highly enough. Coffee has always been fresh. I'm a fan.
Bought my keurig 2.0 last year before Christmas. Shorted out today 12-16 23. Tripped and broke my ground fault receptacle. Nothing like paying another 200 bucks because of a piece of crap coffee maker. Will absolutely never buy a piece of crap from keurig again. Buy American not this crap.
Kuerig gone bad! Green Mountain Coffee Roasters used to be a great corporation, in Waterbury VT. Call Customer Service! What a Joke. You get a guy that just rode a Camel to work, all sweaty and hot! The thought of hot coffee makes him sick. I can borrow $159,000 on my credit cards, but can't get a box of coffee from this messed up company. I am done! Kuerig Sucks!
This is the second one we have purchased. Neither one lasted very long. Does make good coffee, but not worth the money. Last one we bought lasted a year. SAVE YOUR MONEY!
I'm a long time dedicated Kreuig lover. Until I purchased the new 5 needle supreme plus! So many horrible issues. Now they don't want to honor my warranty. I would definitely never ever recommend The Supreme Plus. All the other Kreuigs yes but never the supreme plus. It's defective.
I tried to order products today and the website kept crashing. I had to call to place my order - taking up time that I don't have. It seems that once a company gets to a certain amount of customers they start to lack in services.
And then on top of that there was nothing in the rewards catalog that I wanted and the one thing that I might have wanted was out of stock and they had several other items out of stock. I may have to find someone else to order from or just buy from BBandB, they have k-cups there.
I purchased the Keurig K cup coffee/latte/cappuccino maker at Walmart for $99. This machine is awesome! Makes delicious coffee and nice foamy lattes. I havent made a cappuccino yet but sure that is delicious as well. This machine is easy to operate and clean and fits onthe counter. I love this!
Keurig k cups are 2 for one as every second one blows up in the machine.when yer trying to get ready for work but the keurig is a piece of junk machine so you dont get coffee
I hate it and i will never buy another one. I had family over for christmas and my brand new keurig was plugged and we opend the door to get sprayed in the face with hot water and coffee grounds.
