Worst costumer service

Worst costumer service if you want to return something. Horrible coffee quality
I bought a keurig machine and a Nespresso machine
To try out we all agreed that Nespresso is a better quality so we decided to keep the machine and return the keurig (the coffee tastes as it is watered down and old coffee, we tried 3 different flavors). They don't issue return label it cost $50 dollars to return a $100 machine. Worst service don't buy on their company website not worth it

Was very disappointed to not be able to cancel an auto-delivery that had not already shipped. Customer service was rude and not at all helpful. Ended up canceling my auto-delivery all together - all because of poor CSR, unfortunate to lose customers because of something that can be so easy and helpful.

After having two previous orders I placed, I received an email saying they were processing another order for me which I hadn't placed. I immediately called Keurig to cancel the order. I was told that the order could not be cancelled even though it hadn't been shipped yet. They advised me to send back the parcel and my credit card would be credited back within 5 to 7 business days after they received the returned parcel. In the meantime they have charged my card for something I did not order and did not want. I will not order from them again!

My Keurig was working fine when I got a message that I must descale it to continue using it. I followed all the steps exactly but when I finished, my Keurig no longer worked. I then had to buy a new one. I complained to Keurig about it but they did nothing!

My 1st smart cafe Brewer didn't work. Then my coffee order came in two shipments, the 2nd part of my order went to my old address, from 7 years ago. So, I got a coffee pot a replacement pot and 1/2 of a coffee order sent to my current address then for some crazy reason the 2nd part of my coffee order was sent to my old address. Customer service is as as useful as talking to the wall. The app Isn't much more helpful. I definitely regret the purchase. I was replacing an older model. I also have a nespresso machine and should have just stuck with that alone. I have a 16 Box fulfillment purchase to make as part of the deal I got on my coffee maker. Apparently you only get credit towards that fulfillent requirement if you order it a certain way on the app. I placed an order under smart delivery and won't get credit for those boxes because it has to be under Scheduled delivery. I would just sum up this experience and company has a huge headache. This will be the last keutag I purchase.

Keurig Smart Cafe is junk

DO NOT BUY THIS COFFEE MAKER! This coffee maker is absolutely garbage. First brewer I purchased stopped working after 3 months. Customer service was great and sent me a warranty replacement. Here I am 6 months later, same problem. The coffee maker has died AGAIN and they offered to send me ANOTHER replacement. I do not want another piece of junk coffee maker. Customer service said they don't know what else they can do for me and I'm currently waiting on a call back. I would appreciate getting my $250 back so I can purchase a different brand coffer maker that will last longer than 6 months.

Do not buy a Keurig! Descale light came on used cleaner to descale, which did not work, light remains on. A coffee maker should not require this much maintenance. A waste of $100. After this one break will buy a conventional coffee maker. Keurig sucks!

Have tried to place an order using their web site. Every time it says my credit card wouldn't go through and to contact my bank. Tried 3 different cards and paypal all with the same result. Contacted my bank and they said there is no reason to have my card declined. I even tried another order while I had the bank on the phone. Keurig couldn't process my card again and the bank said they didn't even see the "declined" charge hit. Customer service is worthless as they had no explanation or a solution.

After being with Keurig for some time and being on auto delivery the web site has changed for the worst I wouldn't recommend using their web site, Customer service all calls go to other countries and you can't understand them very frustrating a hour and a half on the phone, I canceled going through Keurig it's not worth it. They didn't even care that I was canceling. I'd give them a 0 rating if I could

Fraud Alert

So I ordered the kuerig system dunkin donut system. The price through out the transaction was $56.99. After completing the entire transaction, I received a confirmation page stating the keurig bundle was 89.99 + tax or 95. Xx. I freaked out and called customer service, they said there was a glitch in the system and the price was 95. Xx with tax. I asked them to cancel my order. I just checked my bank account and they charged my credit card 56.99 then hit it again for another 38. Xx.: mad:

Keurig Coffee Cups

I love em although I do make my own now but I also have theirs around when I want a stronger cup of jo. I bought the single serve machine it's great and makes the perfect cup of coffee for me, my wife likes her coffee weaker so I just reuse the same cup I used and whalla 2 cups for the price of one. I totally recommend the Keurig machines to anyone that loves coffee. You can reuse the little plastic cups also I fill it back up with coffee, I made a little snap on top for it and I can fill my carousel back up for about a nickel a cup.

I was very happy with my Keurig until one day I turned it on and it would not power up, it only made a ticking noice. I called customer service and was on hold for 30mins. Once and agent responded he asked for my serial number whereby he was able to track how long I had owned it. I was told my model K150P was not serviceable and that they had discontinued it because many customers had experienced this problem. His only advice was to buy a new model and dispose of my machine. He mentioned the new model would be more expensive and failed to even offer some type of discount knowing that I paid over $300 for it. The Keurig broke due to no fault of my own. I am very disappointed that this Keurig model is disposable. The company new this and refuse to be liable for their product knowing that they could never fix it. On another note throwing it in the trash causes an environmental hazard!

Terrible customer service
December 28, 2022

I purchased my second Keurig coffee station with frother. It makes coffee, latte's and espresso. After 4 months the machine shut down every time before it would brew. I purchased directly from Keurig website hoping they would cover my brewer better seems it was purchased directly from them. Boy was I wrong. I sent pictures of the brewer, the serial number and the case # to them via email. The pictures were either too blurry or too big or they could make out what was TYPED! After the 5th time, I sent the same email with pictures to friends and family to verify the pictures were of good quality and they were clear and legible. They were and the people I sent the pictures to said they were very clear and they're not too big or too small. Keurig is nothing more than money hungry scammers! Customer service sucks and are of no help. Never again will I purchase a Keurig product again. $189 for 4 months of the coffee brewer working.

I purchased a K-Supreme, single-serve coffeemaker slightly over a year ago. While performing a scheduled descaling with the Kuric descaling fluid recently, the coffeemaker powered off and would not power back on. Consulting troubleshooting with customer service, it was determined that the unit was defective. Since the one-year period for warranty had lapsed, I was told by customer service that I was not eligible for a refund or product replacement. Instead, I was offered a 30% discount on the purchase of another Kuric coffeemaker. Considering the price sticker on the Kuric makers and the unreliability of the product which I experienced, I declined and voice my dissatisfaction with the company... fell on deaf ears! Seriously, ther are other non-Kuric coffeemaker options from which to choose!

I bought a new Keurig off Amazon, up and working about 2 days. Sent it back and got another, worked for about 3 days. Sent it back got a 3rd one. Worked for about 2 months now. Now it won't brew a kcup again. Wish I had never purchased one, JUNK

I LOVE IT!

I have read most of the reviews here and I see alot of people that are either pickey or looking for something for free. My review is about the Keurig K200. I Love It. I bought one at Sams Club for $119 almost a year ago. I thought it was alot of money for a coffee maker but a very dear friend told me that it was a joy to be able to have just one cup of hot real coffee without making a whole pot. I bought it on faith. The convenience of making just one cup at a time is just what I am looking for. In fact, I enjoy the coffee maker so much, that I bought a second one to put in my camper. Now I can have a great cup of coffee while sitting outside. Thanks for a great coffee maker. I've never had a problem with either of mine.

I have owned 3 Keurigs. The first one I inherited from my mother who died 5 years ago and it is still working. I used it for a while and then boxed it up to take with me when I travel sometimes. The second one was even better, but I eventually gave it to my daughter and bought an even better one. The third time I purchased a Keurig K-Express Essentials in May 2023. It worked great until November 2023, when it stopped workiing, so I called Keurig at *******739. They ran me through some trouble-shooting and, when they decided it wasn't going to work, told me they would replace it. I had registered it with Keurig when I purchased it, so all I had to do was send them a copy of my proof of purchase, a photo of the serial number, and a photo of the coffee maker with a note identifying me (per their emailed instructions). The replacement was sent to me 2 days later. They were so nice, and the new one works fine.

Horrible customer service, impossible to speak with a supervisor re defective K CAFE MACHINE that won't foam milk, person you get puts call on hold for long periods of time "searching' for a supervisor only to come back and say there are none at this time, but will again put me on hold! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Returned a Keurig coffee maker which was brand new
2 weeks later still waiting for credit back to my visa
DO Not buy directly from keurig.com
Use Amazon and if you need to return you get your credit back within a day
Keurig like many other Big Companies need to take lessons from Amazon
