I tired to reach out via emails and phone. No answer to emails over a 90 day period. Paid $60. One item ruined. They reimbursed $9. I paid for one dozen donuts that never arrived. Over $30 in shipping. Very disappointed. Waste of $60. Total scam.
Never received my order and no response after multiple emails and phone calls! They should be turned into the better business bureau! Awful people taking peoples money, knowing they are actually stealing with no intention of providing product!
Been calling for days asking about my order, no response from customer service, or text support. I have contacted Katie, the girl who sent me the coupon she tells me there is nothing else she can do and to give the customer service department 48-72 hours to respond. I told her that was unacceptable.

I too got ripped off! Melted food and part of my order missing after I ordered 3 weeks ago. When I emailed last week asking about my order the lady who called me was very rude and assured me my order was coming in a some type of cold packaging. She basically gave me the run around. I'm going to file a fraud case with my credit card company.
Have not received my order placed almost four weeks ago. My order was not even shipped for more than a week. Their site says they buy, cook and ship only once a week (to guarantee freshness), so I was patient. However, it's been more than two weeks since the shipment confirmation. I have received nothing. (And now I am concerned that if I do receive my food order, that it has taken so long to ship that the food would have spoiled.) No response to two emails.
The food looked so good on the site. Ordered about $50 worth of food and accepted the $50 delivery fee. My money was pending awhile and then never charged. I'm thankful for that since it's horrible so many people got scammed. Katie +1 *******310 reached out to me about finishing my order and was no help other than that. Too bad this place is not on top of their S because they could be making bank.
My food arrived after over 2 weeks.
Aomemof it was missing, the rest was smashed beyond recognition.
Totally unacceptable, inedible garbage. Food was shipped priority mail, no refrigeration with one very small $1 freezpack which was completely thawed.

I recieved my order after 3 weeks, in a cardboard box with one ice pack. Moldy bread, rotten cheese. Unable to eat most of the order. Half the lids were off, food all inside the box. Absolutely not worth almost $200 I paid
Spare yourself the inevitable shenanigans you will encounter with these flakes. I Had to dispute the $233.64 charge on my debit card, also having to call institutions i do business with to update them with my new Debit info because I had to have my bank block my Debit Card. Did some research and found out the charge on my debit card was made by an attorney in Indiana; For the time being, I wont publish that attorney's name and contact info without knowing the legalities, but an attorney? Who would have thunk it?
I ordered a 7 day meal package on Aug. 18,2019; they charged my account same day. The order never arrived and the only response from the company were canned message content. They finally deleted my order link so I no longer have that point of contact.
I have a dispute with the BBB ( Complaint # *******) and with my bank.
Recieved meal plan and two donut packs. Best donuts i ever tasted, meal plan could have been heftier but the food in general was delish! I am going to order again today, just wanted to let ppl know that I use them and had no issues. Hope all goes well with my next order too!
I had my doubts about food being precooked but this was phenominal. The actual food was prepacked and well cooked, and the taste and mixture of their spices and sauces were fresh tasting even after I reheated it. The other thing that got my attention was the meats, they were real meats like i have seen in other companies. So in my book was a great buy and will use again! I read other reviews but my experience was total opposite. I recommend highly and hope they continue their success!
I placed 2 orders. After 4 weeks I finally received only 1 order and it was delivered warm. I disputed with my bank with negative results. Now I am going to get a lawyer involved. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
Never have gotten order they have vague standard cant guarantee when will ship policy but really going to take your money and not produce... also go by dirty lazy keto beware I smell scam artist skirting just under the law.
I am afraid to eat this stuff! There was no refrigeration, some of the containers had opened and food and juices were all over everything. Does not even deserve the one star I had to give it
Ordered way back in August! My payment went through August 25th and today is September 25th, still no order received. They do not answer phone calls or emails! I've been calling often! DO NOT BUY!
Ordered 8/4/19, they processed my payment 8/5/19. It is now 8/21 and I have received nothing. They sent one email confirming my order and I would receive updates on shipment. Never received anything. I have emailed and called and received no answers or replies. SCAM!
I didn't even order anything and these reviews are giving me PTSD. With how many bad reviews there are, this place should be shut down and taken to court for scamming people.
I'm still waiting for my order. I sent several emails and left several voicemail and finally was able to talk to someone on the phone. I was told my orders will come Friday (today is Monday) and I still dont have my orders. Its been 2 1/2 weeks since I ordered the food. The person I spoke to over the phone said they were just getting to my order. I think if I didnt call, there will be no information send via email or call back. No food up to now. Buyer beware, the are quickly to text you if you visit their website but don't answer back when you already placed your order. Planning to get refund from my visa account.
