So past the pic taken of delivery if the item got picked up by delivery guy themselves or some random person, they won't care. Reply is it's not our fault and responsibility. Infact they will call you to change your review and mention your faults like state that you had incorrect unit number and that your review doesn't matter. Poor customer service. And I am at loss of 98$ for missing package and no compensation offered

They claim to have items "IN STOCK" and "READY TO SHIP". But this is not true. Placed and order June 22,2024, and hear NOTHING from them after the "order confirmation email". Wanted it fresh and fast so I upgraded the shipping.

Now July 3,2024 NOTHING and still no communication from Kesar. So Had to call them, and then after some bumbling around admitted they didnt have the product and couldn't get it.

Sounds like they pretend to have everything, hoping to order it with the customer's payment. They dont even bother to try to fulfill the order or communicate back to customer. "Hey we lied about it being in stock... "

One of the worst experience is to shop from your site.
I ordered a suit from your site on June 25 2016.
From past 4 days I am keep on asking their team about the delivery date since their excellently foolishly designed site doesn't provide any information about the delivery date.

Their whatsapp support is another big idiotic support they only say one "We will update you shortly"

When we chat one lady named anita will talk to you and will say we will deliver thats it this guys are just money making frauds...

Please let me know how we can ban this site.

I was surprised and excited to find such a beautiful collection of salwar kameez. After exploring all the collection, I finally ordered BLUE GEORGETTE SALWAR KAMEEZ. The website is smooth and perfectly maintained as I have not faced any issue in searching and even in payment process. The portal also made me surprise with its timely delivery! Highly impressive website to purchase women and men attires at reasonable prices!

I had previously used this company and actually got a decent service so went back. But this time round they charged me twice for my order and then only delivered 3 of the 4 suits saying they would refund my monies. Three weeks on no refund and I discover they have charged me £85 for nothing. As others have reported the online chat person this "Anita" is the only way of communicating with them. I have notified my credit company and the fraud department is involved. Don't risk it, pay the extra and buy your clothes from the UK!
