I bought a nice green colored saree from this website and unfortunately it had defects. I immediately dialled their customer service helpline and the team got my product replaced within a few days. I agree that sometimes things may go wrong, but team kesaronline fixes it for me and delivered a pleasing online shopping experience.

Be aware of these people, it's true that if you make an enquiry for an order they respond and once you have paid you will be waiting forever and then there is no way you can chase these people.
Please people don't purchase from this website otherwise you will end up loosing your money.

This is the worst online shopping company as i ever dealt with it. I ordered my clothes 2 months before and still haven't received till today. Since last 2 weeks they said its dispatch and shipping company said in transit since last week. All the ppl in this company are cheaters. I missed my only daughters big bday party celebration and had to buy new dress from Canada. Please do not order from this company ever.

The worst i have ever visited. Please dont waste your money. They are keen in answering about purchasing but no response when asking about delivery and when chased they kept on delaying.we waited for a month and then complained to paypal inorder to get a refund. Thankfully we paid through paypal because i had a doubt about them after reading reviews. Finally paypal helped us to refund the money.

I order a pair of salwar suits from Kesar Online & I am amazed that they have delivered in niche of time. The collection that I bought was also very impressive. Overall, it was an amazing experience to shop from Kesar Online.

I have order dress from kesaronline last month. Delivery date was 4th Nov. Till now I haven't get any proper response from them. Delay in delivery reason given by them is quality control has not approved my dress... lol and later festive season excuse... till now I haven't get any proper response neither on delivery date nor refund policy. They are just fooling around... Kesaronline to s not at all recommended...

I had recently purchased 2sarees from this new website on the internet one saree was red color and the other one was a blue colored casual saree it was really cheap they costed me around about £110 and i received the stuff within 4days amazing delivery service. If anyone wants to buy any kind of indian ethnic wear do check this site..

These pathetic people will NEVER change. Maybe some people got lucky and received their items but that DOES NOT MEAN they are not fraud and thieves. Some customers got lucky only coz they have to keep there business going somehow but REMEMBER you got lucky once you could be scammed next time. PLEASE HELP ME REPORT THESE MONEY SNATCHERS. Doesn't get back to you. No answers. Took many and haven't delivered at all. Worst people tell you lies and doesn't get back to me. I ordered over 1000$ in clothes but they have taken my money and are not getting back to me at all

I think this site is either fake or these people are careless they donot have any value for time. They just want to take the money of people. I am trying to contact the higher authority in UK as they have given the mobile no. Of there. Just want them to get punishment

Pls guys don't buy any stuffs from Kesar online. They are just fraud. I have recently been victim of their scams. They just steal ur hard earned money. Once u process the payment, neither u get the stuffs nor ur money back. Simply They swindle u out of ur money. Pls if u have been a victim of this Kesaronline pls do make a legal complain to the concerned dept.

On my friend recommendation. I have tried this site. I ordered a saree from here, the customer care service is good. Easy procedure to order and quality of the saree is also good. But a disppointing factor was they delayed my order. They have to improve there delivery services...

I order my items 2 weeks before eid... When I was going to order they said I will get them before eid. It's already 2 months. I still didn't get my items. They didn't even contact me. I called them several times. They are keep saying, still is not in dispatch... big scam and nobody is professional. Please don't shop with them... Kesar Online is biggest fraud...

kesar online is a fraud online compony I ordered three suits from kesar online 3 months ago they over charged me and im still waiting for my order. no 1 reply to my emails or ans phone. plz don't buy suits from kesar online

Ordered 4 items in total. Was told will get my eid clothes before eid but didnt get them in time. When finally they arrived they are poles apart from the photo that they have on website,
I have sent an email twice to them but no response. I want to return the items but no contact and dont know what to do.
Please be aware dont shop here.
If onliy i had read the comments before I ordered. Feel cheated!
