On my friend recommendation. I have tried this site. I ordered a saree from here, the customer care service is good. Easy procedure to order and quality of the saree is also good. But a disppointing factor was they delayed my order. They have to improve there delivery services...
I order my items 2 weeks before eid... When I was going to order they said I will get them before eid. It's already 2 months. I still didn't get my items. They didn't even contact me. I called them several times. They are keep saying, still is not in dispatch... big scam and nobody is professional. Please don't shop with them... Kesar Online is biggest fraud...

Ordered 4 items in total. Was told will get my eid clothes before eid but didnt get them in time. When finally they arrived they are poles apart from the photo that they have on website,
I have sent an email twice to them but no response. I want to return the items but no contact and dont know what to do.

I wish I can give them a negative star rating. This company is horrible please do NOT order from there. I was told and promised I get my suits by a certain date and they never came they dont answer my emails or chat messages! HORRIBLE! NEVER AGAIN!

Hi my name is mohammad tareq hossain. I order 2 dresses on 12 November. Its more than 2 weeks now... I suppose to get my delivery on 20 November but I don't get it on time... Then I called them... Nobody answered my phone... The phone number they provide in the website thats a wrong number. I chat with a lady Anita... She said i will get my order with in 2 to 3 days. But still not get the delivery. There are lots of website like kesar online those are absolutely fake... but my sister order some clothing from kesar about 5 months ago. And she received the delivery on time. Thats why I ordered from this website. I spend quite lots of money here... i just want to know from this website manager or whatever why do u do that with customers. Look we do hard work and spend our money for outfit. Thats means a lot for us... But the way you making money thats not good... Money always comes and go. But I don't understand the reason of fraud with people like that...
In a word i will say this is a really disgusting and fraud website. Please don't spend ur money here...
