Things went smoothly. The item (Olympus12-40mm f/2.8 M.Zuiko Pro) had been out of stock for a few weeks; today happened to be near the end of a good deal on the item, new, or for an extra 10% off, LN- from KEH. The latter was $171 less than new. Nice. It's in use, and indistinguishable from new. Excellent optics.

Overall easy shopping experience. Camera is in great condition,price is unbeatable. Shipping is fast but FedEx sometimes is tricky to deal with, plus KEH defaults shipping to the address ONLY without hold at FedEx office option.

I am an international customer, it would not let me proceed without adjust my telephone format to comply with US formats. This is difficult as it's not really a valid format for contacting me internationally. Should be somewhat 'freeform' for international customers to allow for international calling codes etc.
