Recently purchased a Nikon Battery from KEH glad to say they tested it before sending it and it works fine, glad I discovered their web site. I can recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable company to order form. So far completely satisfied

Camera body was in good condition just missing the hot shoe cover (a cheap fix). However it came with a charger and no battery. I understand that it is used but the battery is an important part of the camera package.

I bought a used Sony A6000 for almost half the price it would cost new. The condition started Excellent and is definitely was. The thing looks brand new and has barely been used!

The order was delayed for an unknown reason. I had to call KEH and speak to Customer Service to send the order again. Customer Service rep stated that I would receive a credit for shipping delay.

I'm so relieved for a plain box. I was stalking security cameras to go grab it so porch pirates wouldn't see electronic related. My lens was packed very securely. And wow the lens looked brand spanking new!

The camera was a little dirty and the charger is not a standard Canon charger but so far the camera itself works good. Also, full factory reset wasn't done and someone's phone was still paired with the it (easy to undo). Probably would opt for a refurbished camera if the price is the same (it was within $10). But, overall a good experience.

Buying from KEH was amazing. I had been shopping around for cameras for awhile until a friend referred me to KEH. The pricing is just so much more competitive especially being able to buy used gear at an amazing price. Even the bargain rating on a camera body is a great deal if you don't care that it has had a bit of love from a previous owner.

Easy to order, and pretty accurate delivery estimation. I still need to put the back into my camera and test to make sure it's working alright though.

I was nervous buying from a site I had not heard of before, but Reddit reviews were positive so I went for it. The equipment I got is in perfect condition, even better than described on the page! Quick and seamless, highly recommend.

Felt like the package wasn't as secured as it could have been. The lenses were padded in the box but were touching each other in the box. I also tried calling to replace 1 lens with another and nobody called me back or got back to me.
