The package arrived in two days. The camera and lens both seem like new to my examination. No defects discernable. The zoom and focus rings on the lens are both smooth. I've taken the camera out on a couple of nature hikes already, and taken about 400 test photos. I am very, very pleased with the camera and lens combo I purchased from KEH. I've shot some photos against a plain blue sky and there is no evidence of even a speck of dust on the sensor. I really love the reach of the lens!
Let's get the bad out of the way first... KEH's customer service is slow to respond. However, once they do, they are very helpful and they understand the issue, and try to resolve it.
I got my new 6D Mark 2 and am very happy with it. The condition is truly what they advertised: like new minus or something like that. It looks new, feels new, it's great.
I know with KEH I am getting a product that has been inspected and I find their ratings of the condition of the items I've purchased to be accurate. What I liked most is that I left it in my cart for a week, contemplating my purchase and I didn't get flooded with emails wanting me to finish my purchase.
Obsessed with my camera and purchasing through KEH. The only issue I have is the camera came wrapped in 1-2 layers of thin bubble wrap that was rolling around in an oversized box. The camera was not hardly protected and I'm shocked it arrived without damage. For the expense of these cameras and gear far better packaging is necessary.

Website was easy to navigate, a good variety of options and great pricing compared to some other merchants. Camera arrived before the expected delivery date and was well packaged. Camera had some damage in it not disclosed on the website, it does not affect the functionality so will keep products.
Got what I needed and for fair price. I recently on another order got wrong item. And for first time in dozens of purchases got to see first hand just how great KEH customer service is. And great experience. Got correct item shipped out right away and very happy.
It's always nerve-wracking ordering used gear online and this was my first purchase! Shipping was super fast, and items fit the description of their condition. Used 1 of the 2 lenses I purchased the next day for a session and it was great! No issues whatsoever!

Seamless, I am happy to receive the camera as ordered. Camera works great, packaging was adequate, box arrived without any outward appearance of damage.
Picked up a used Canon 5D and discovered that I didn't have any vintage glass to fit it. Ugh... lol! So I came to good old KEH and, voila! Found the RIGHT fit and bought two Canon lenses for a great price! What more could you ask for?
The condition of the lens is just as described (like new) and although I selected the free shipping it arrived in 2 days. Prices were better than the competition so I'll definitely be using them more often.
Super happy with my camera! There was some drama with the delivery, so I wish they would choose a new courier over FedEx, but it did eventually get to me. My charger appears to be nonfunctional, but I trust that customer service will make it right. Overall very happy with the quality of what I ordered!
I was in the market for a wide angle 4x5 lens. I looked to KEH because I find the rating system to be the most reliable available. You can always find a cheaper option for used equipment but the condition of the item is a real gamble. KEH gives me the certainty I need when spending money on used expensive items. Again it did not disappoint as the lens came and matched the condition rating. I took the lens out to the field over the weekend and fired off a couple of shots and it performed perfectly. I am happy with the purchase and happy with the KEH experience.

Received merchandise as ordered, well packaged and quick delivery. Two out of the three flashes were operational, one was not functioning. Two of the three flashes were listed (AI) as is. That's the chance you take buying as is. However, in the past I have purchased (as is) merchandise and everything I received was functional. You can depend on KEH to deliver! Completely satisfied!
I bought a Fuji xf 55-200mm marked excellent, it actually was more like new. Always great quick service. The lens works great. Keh camera is a great source for affordable camera gear for photographers on a budget.
Nathan single handedly helped me through getting my camera gear after their security denied my payment for basically no reason "email not used with a vendor". My email is linked to my bank and has been used for every vendor purchase I've basically made to the card including Amazon and more. Well my payment got denied so I had to wait 2-5 days for a refund to make the purchase with PayPal and Nathan helped me to hold the purchase cart and change the order while not having to remake it so I can get my stuff. Got my package in 3 days after the PayPal went through. Thanks a ton!
