Ordered numerous medium format and 35mm bodies/accessories. Everything arrived quickly and was well packaged (as usual!). One Mamiya RB viewfinder screen was cracked and I am waiting to hear back from customer service. I buy from KEH for my own gear and will continue to purchase from them for our college's equipment needs.

I mistakenly ordered a macro converter that did not fit my Olympus lens. I contacted KEH, they authorized the return for a credit back to my credit card, and I ordered the correct converter. Great service!

First timer shopping at KEH for used gear. Sony A7iii and Sigma 105mm Macro, arrived in stated condition in adequate packing.

The lens that I ordered arrived on time, packed securely, and in the condition promised, except that the front lens cap was damaged. I notified KEH customer support, and they shipped me a replacement lens cap right away. The replacement cap solved the problem.

Why can't you have more description about your items, the rating is not enough for customers since you don't have pictures. I purchased a lens hood and it is heavily dented. I wish I could know it before I purchase it.

Within a few hours of placing my order, I realized that the lens would be too bulky and that I would not be able to use it. I contacted customer service via email and was advised that I would need to receive the lens and then send it back. This was despite the fact that the lens had not yet shipped. I felt this was counter intuitive.

Even though I could use a 105mm portrait lens, I was not actively looking for one. Then there was an email from KEH that highlighted the exact lens that I would be looking for. So I jumped on the purchase, which was well under the normal new retail, ordered it on a Tuesday and had it delivered on Saturday. Unreal. The lens was even in better shape than I expected. Thank you KEH!

When I stumbled onto KEH I was so surprised at how easy and accessible the whole process was. From choosing from options and even comparing the options. I will be a returning customer for sure. Oh. And the shipping? WAY faster than anticipated. I was able to get my camera earlier than expected and was able to give a test a week before expected.

I bought a Leica MP and was happy with the price that KEH advertised. I received the order in a week. The order came in a cardboard box with heaps of bubble wrap around the camera. The camera was not in its original box but, it was just as described and even came with a neoprene
Camera case. I was very pleased with this product and can't wait to take it out and take some photos.

First buy from KEH. My first DSLR, wanted a budget one and decided to go with KEH. An old camera but really solid quality. Works so well. Thank you for giving me to confidence. Time to have fun with my camera.

I have an original Rokkor 50mm- 1.4 from 1971. It still works accept for the aperture ring. This replacement was shown as "like new." It arrived and to my delight it looks new. It is a later model (less weight), not all metal like the original, but the optics is what matters. This lens is completely clear. I have it mounted onto a digital camera. The results are what I got from the original. I'm happy.

I had bought Bargain items from KEH in the past with confidence they were in good shape but my last purchase was rated Bargain but it really was an ugly item, very dirty and rough.
