I've been buying from KEH for many years and have probably logged over 10 or 15 transactions with them, buying or selling. They have always been great to deal with and when I did encounter an issue outside their control, they were quick to help and rectify the problem. Obviously, I will continue to do business with them and I highly recommend them.

Efficient purchase and delivery. Now I'm annoyed to be trolled into a review that requires 50-word count at the end of a long day. What kind of snowflake market soy boy told you that was the way to run things? Here after I'll know to ignore the desperate "did you get the package," message.

Bought an Excellent + rated Canon EF-100-400 mk ii, and it was as advertised, very clean, in excellent condition, fast shipping and excellent communication. I'm very pleased with my purchase. This is not my first time buying and will not be my last. Thank you!

The condition stated "Excellent" and although the exterior is excellent there is a liquid spot on the focus screen and no eyepiece cup.
I reached out and was told that "Excellent" didn't guarantee an eyepiece cup and try to clean the spot yourself.

Product was delivered promptly and was packaged very well. I've ordered two lenses from KEH that were rated as Excellent and both were in almost brand new condition and worked perfectly when received. Very satisfied with prices and quality.

I ordered my item and was prepared to wait some time for it...things don't happen as fast anymore. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a notice that it was being sent and would arrive w/in days. And the lens was exactly what I wanted!

I was initially very suspicious of cheap lenses but I have ordered from KEH twice and the lenses are solid. They exactly match the descriptions and are in excellent shape. Will likely be back for all my lens needs in the future.

Merchandise as described, camera is like new. I did think it would have a camera strap with it, but no big deal. This was the very first camera I purchased, but sadly I dropped it and parts were not available to repair through Nikon. I absolutely love this little camera!

Had some troubles with fedex but i called and figured them out. Camera was in great shape and just what i expected!

As a professional photographer, I have tons of equipment to lug around, but for personal vacation I like to keep a "pocket" point and shoot with me, too. Mine broke just days before going on trip, so I sought replacement from KEH.
It was perfect, great price, AND quick delivery! Got it a couple days before leaving for Oregon. I can always rely on KEH for solutions.

The process of ordering and receiving the product was timely and efficient. The delivery met the expected schedule. However, the lens has a notable drawback: the focus ring does not operate smoothly. This was a bit disappointing, especially given the high expectations for quality associated with such an excellent lens.

Honestly awful post sales support.

Lack of empathy, understanding issue, honestly gave up with trying to resolve the issue. Went to my local camera store and purchased the accessory I needed (which should have been included in order).

When the customer considers rebuying the product again and screen recording the process because post sales doesn't listen to what the customer is saying - then maybe you have an issue.

Ordering was easy and delivery was pretty quick. KEH rating system is very reliable, I trust it. However, I was not provided a tracking number and the shipper link was useless. It took two E-mails to get the number so I knew when to expect it, frustrating. Still haven't received anything about the warranty I purchased with the lens.
