KEH is top on my go-to list for used camera equipment. My only disappointment this time is that the D750 I ordered was missing the rubber eye cap and my glasses don't like it.

So far camera work amazing no damage. Fast shipping I make a typo on my shipping address but was able to get help to have it hold nearby. Only thing I would say is Fujifilm xs10 battery drain very fast should have bought another battery.

After much research I purchased my first camera from keh and it appears to be in great shape. The only thing I wish it came with is the manual, but I understand why a used camera wouldn't and I'm sure I can find it online. Happy there are protection plans as well!

Bought a 14-year-old OEM battery grip for a 14-year-old camera.

Always a great experience, and quality is better than expected. Recommend adding tracking number to order details page because sometimes I can't find the email but I know I can log in to check the order.

Got a whole bundle of stuff including a like NEW GoPro Hero 10. I'm pretty sure that it is actually new as the protective plastic was still on all the screens of the camera and the seals on the GoPro brand boxes were not broken. There is no repacking their stuff as far as i can tell. 10 out of 10. Very satisfied. Will order from KEH again.

I was hesitant to purchase a used camera body and lens but once I opened the box when the camera arrived, although I purchased "Excellent" graded items, they looked virtually brand new. After using both items these past few weeks, I am in awe with the quality of the build and of the photographs taken. Will definitely purchase more from KEH in the future!

I needed a fairly rare, out-of-production Nikon extension tube and could fine it nowhere from any source that I'd trust. I found that KEH had several available, and in new or almost-new condition. What I received from them arrived quickly and is in perfect condition, and is working great for me.

Excellent+ KEH web site describes testing they do to give the ratings at different levels and describes the grading for condition of product. Camera lens was packed well to avoid damage in shipment. Process was fast and efficient. Web site has good search engine. Camera lens works great.

Overall your team always delivers the best consumer experience! I purchased a Canon 24-105 online and picked it up from the store location in Smyrna. Although I found the lens to not be to my liking, the team at KEH made my decision to return it worry free!

I ordered a camera body marked as excellent plus condition and two lenses marked excellent condition. So far I have had no issues and everything is working as it should. For the price and quality I can't imagine buying new photo equipment from the manufacturer or their retailers.
