KEH rates product condition accurately and operates its business smoothly and responsibly. I have made many purchases and sales with KEH with satisfaction. The one purchase return I had to make was handled courteously and promptly.
I've shopped with KEH for over 25 years, since they had the store downtown Atlanta. In all that time I only had one issue with a product and it was handled in an exemplary manner. When I need equipment I always go to KEH's website first. I've out count of the number of people I've told to shop at KEH over the years.

Throughout the years I have purchased so much film camera equipment & im never disappointed. If there is ever a problem they make returns super easy. I recommend KEH anytime someone asks me about film cameras.

The ratings are very conservative. I have always been surprised that the merchandise is better than I expected. Fast shipping and packing.
Consistently do very well to improve the website and their customer service. My only issue is that the e-mail and twitter coupon codes don't come out at the same time. I think those should be the same so people have equal access to deals, but that is pretty minor. KEH is the best out there for selling/buying used gear.

Now with new website of them thy make it from bad to worse i make an order in it and there is no bank transfer option ohh let me use there classic website classic.keh.com and make the order and wire the total amount of money and what? The money return back to my account my bank told me that there is no bank found that you try to wire with or its scam i try to contact KEH with no answer along week or so.

At Keh cameras they will not give you top dollar for your used camera equipment and you can get more for your gear on craigslist or ebay. It seems to be about 20-40% more if you sell it on your own. When I lived in NYC, it was much better to just sell my camera equipment on craigslist and I could easily sell it within days. Now living in a smaller town I do not have any buyers off of craigslist and ebay isn't working for me and it taking much too much time to sell my old canon DSLR.
